Many people woke up to suspicious happenings in PIC, only to find PIC had gone completely and had been replaced by the EMC, or the ‘Emo Mikey Confederation’.
This suspicious doing was soon unravelled in an announcement by Commander Langly, referring to PIC as the ‘Emo Mikey Confederation’
To go along with the founding of the EMC, channel names were updated to fit the re-branded army…
The Confederates, however, enjoyed the change and casually went along with what would be a normal day in the Confederation, with 2 events being held, although the humor in PIC didn’t change throughout the day as seen here..
What will become of the EMC is currently unknown, as this strange occurrence is seen to be a takeover by the Sigma Male and Rizz Overlord himself Emo Mikey..
After today’s AUSIA, I felt a need inside of me to write this post. I feel that what is known as ‘Peak PIC Humor’ should be shared amongst every troop so they can relate. Hence why I am writing about the Significance of Memes in the People’s Imperial Confederation.
Since it’s opening in 2019, one of PIC’s main strengths has been it’s meme output. Here at PIC, we like to generally have a laugh and joke around. Nowadays, we still do (no surprise there). I have already posted about one specific meme, Emo Mikey, he will be mentioned amongst this post as well. First, I’d like to direct your attention to a meme that has been relevant since 2020. Holy Rock.
‘Holy Rock’
Holy Rock, as I’ve mentioned, has been around since 2020. PIC troops would gather around said rock and praise it. Holy Rock has been very significant for PIC, it is widely regarded as the reason that ‘Peak PIC Humor’ exists today. Recently, Holy Rock has made a shock return.

‘Langly is Bald’
The next meme is very significant, ‘Langly is Bald’ has been at the height of PIC humor for the longest of times. The meme stems once again from 2020, when Langly ‘removed her hair’ during an event and went bald. This meme has resulted in many tactics and many memories. The phrase has also been rephrased to ‘Langy is Bald’.
‘Emo Mikey’
I have already explained the origins of Emo Mikey. He first appeared in the PIC discord server in 2021 and is now the unofficial mascot and a favourite with the troops. He is seen as a ‘sigma male’ and has ‘unlimited rizz’ in the world. His sigma mindset allows him to be at the height of PIC.
‘Pissq’
No image for this one, but ‘Pissq’ was a meme that began in 2021 by a user named kid, who claimed he ‘liked pissq’. The message became well-known in the PIC community and an emote was made.
‘Ran’
Ran is a fictional character that was first sent in PIC in the year 2021 by Langly. Although he somewhat isn’t a meme, he is a very honourable mention here.
‘Mountain Dew’
No image here either, but ‘Mountain Dew’ became a meme in the army in around 2021 by Cabin. It even won an award for ‘Best Meme’ in the Sidie’s that year.
‘Charles Entertainment Cheese’
This meme stems from 2021/2020, one of the earliest memes in PIC. It also stems back from a youtube video which I will kindly link here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qNLgmdMto1A.
‘Ferd likes Piss’
I am inducting this into the PIC humor. This meme was started in 2023 by Langly, and from a variety of messages sent on Club Penguin Army Battleground.
Honourable mentions include the varying amount of times I have been misgendered in the PIC main chat, Philip the Handsome, and those ‘Lizzie is Burning’ memes. ❤
Hello Confederates! Today I am going to be indulging in PIC Lore, a famous face in the Confederation; Emo Mikey.
Emo Mikey is a loved figure in the community, he is endorsed by all PIC HCOM and is used at various times. Emo Mikey was first introduced into the army in 2021, the first mention of Emo Mikey was in a message sent by Langly, which reads “emo mikey grind never stops”. He has since then been an influential part of PIC.
Where did Emo Mikey come from? You may be one of the many asking that question. Emo Mikey is a character in the manga ‘Tokyo Revengers’, you may also be aware of a certain other character called ‘Ran’, who has also popped up in the Confederation. Ran comes from the same manga.
Emo Mikey was first pushed to publicity by Langly and Moshi, who used him to get troops to log on. He is now a much loved figure of the PIC community and now even has a commemorative sticker & emoji. What do you think of Emo Mikey? And here’s the important question; should Ran be given a commemorative sticker & emoji?
Good-day Comrades! Today (or it may be yesterday depending on your timezone) we logged onto Marshmallow, Stadium to compete in our very own Fair Frenzy, a training-type event based around tactics. Although we did run into some difficulties (NUMBER NIN TEEN MOUSE IN BAKED BEANS) we did manage to max 8 during this event! Thanks to all who came and thanks to me for leading (and being in a crocodile costume, which originally wasn’t planned).

Good Evening/Morning/Afternoon, I am writing this post as it was not written on the correct date, 3rd August 2021. On the said date, we battled the Post Malone Army, who maxed around two whilst we maxed around ten. Coincidentally, I am listening to Post Malone whilst writing this. That’s because his music slaps, the army doesn’t. ❤
A very sweaty Lizzie is writing this article today. Today WAS OUR FIRST BATTLE AGAINST THE POST MALONE ARMY IN THE FALL APART WAR! We fought it out in three rooms, Stadium, Iceberg and Inside Mine and the Invasion of Walrus eventually turned out in a PIC VICTORY!!! WOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!! Big thanks to our amazing allies for attending, may the Imperial Intelligence Alliance prevail, and thanks to Cabin for pulling through whilst having an extremely upset stomach. We reached sizes of 13!! I am SUPER DUPER WUPER PROUD OF US!!!!!!!! Thank you everyone, I hope we can pull these kinds of results in our next battle and hopefully a BIGGER MAX!!!! WOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!
Hello PIC! Today several PIC members faced off in our Game Tournament, with their eyes all set on the overall prize of 10 Beanies and the “Langly is Bald” Prize – a prize made by Lizzie to reward those who win her tournaments. The slogan of the tournament was “Better than the Olympics”.
The first part of the tournament consisted of tactics, the winner was PIC! With a max of 9.
The second part of the tournament consisted of two games: Pizzatron and Cart Surfer. The results go as follows:
Pizzatron:Winner: Welp; Runner-up: Celestia
Cart Surfer: Winner: Welp; Runner-Up: Sarus
With these results in hand, the overall winner was Welp! Welp also receives the first ‘Langly is Bald’ Prize, a mention here and an extra 5 Beanies! Congratulations Welp and uncongratulations CPR for your problems halfway through the event, uncool.

Today we logged onto the very depressing Abomiable, because why not, to host our very own Mining & Dance Contest event! After the event, we headed to the mines where some questionable things were said when giving troops instructions on how to mine..
The things in question in which we will not be elaborating on in this time period. It is not what you think.
After we did get all our clothes off and mining, the time went by extremely quickly and we headed to the nightclub for some old-fashioned Dance Contest. We kicked it off with some unfortunate news that Lizzie told everyone to go onto multiplayer and it made some people’s CPR freeze. Whoopsies! The winner ended up being an unknown person, I’m joking, it was RaiRai. We maxed around five, new world-record! Thanks everyone for attending.

Today we logged onto Wool Socks, CPR to defend our territory against PZF. We fought well with the constant ‘Multilogging’ tactics PZF were throwing at us, but unfortunately we lost 3-0 to PZF. We can’t win everything! Good job today PIC.
Hello, Lizzie here. I’m starting this post not in red but in black because this isn’t like your average PIC post. I am here simply to share my opinions and views on this problem, and it’s probably over 2,000 words so I can’t express it anywhere else. In this post there will be a contents page of what I’m going to be discussing.
Now for section 2, the Multilogging Accusations. We had suspicious and mysterious penguins log on for our CC final battle. These penguins were not in formation and they looked horrible. Immediately we had suspected we’d been ambushed, or simply raided. The penguins we not PIC soldiers to say the least, we didn’t know them from the discord. Before the earthing accusations (because he was PIC at the time and might of had some involvement in these penguins) we had no clue of earthing’s past, some of us did but the vast majority didn’t. We let it slide, not thinking about it.
Oh, and if you’re wondering what suspicious penguins were there at the battle.. Here’s a screenshot of them, provided by our lovely Maya:
We do not know who’s penguins these are, but somehow they matched up with earthing’s ip. And somehow Jemma’s, Jemma doesn’t multilog. It wouldn’t of been Jemma. Anyway, after we reported these penguins and the ips got found we demanded a rematch to make it fair. However, people thought we were clearly multilogging and didn’t give us one. PZF won the battle, and stated that we’d apparently accused them of multilogging, which didn’t happen in the most slightest.
Now onto section 3, the interesting section. The decline of the maxes. This happened because people found us apparently ‘multilogging’ and left PIC. Earthing had left, where he committed several other multilogging crimes in which became CPAM’s multilogging scandal. Somehow, PIC grew from a 8 max to a max of rarely 5. Sure, this was because of the multilogging accusations and such but how can an army how was doing so well just decrease altogether? It’s certainly something we’re all pretty interested about, it could be because people where losing interest or didn’t want to be in an army that multilogs. But behind-the-scenes people where leaving for RFCP, a place where nobody wants to go. I won’t get into detail about RFCP. A lot of stress was put on the HICOM to provide events and such for the army, and with several break days in a row it might have affected the max in a negative impact. Something we didn’t want.
Now, I’m going to end off this post by saying ‘I know you don’t want to attend events, or do recruitments or such. But we want to grow our numbers again. This army used to be splendid, I want those times to return. I’ll do anything, I’ll even schedule all my events to be recruitment events. I want this army to return strong.’
