Hello… PICguins!

Today is a monumentous day for our great People’s Imperial Confederation, as we are celebrating our 6th anniversary! We had such a large turnout, it makes me so happy to see everyone in support of our army. We all logged on to Club Penguin Battleground for our parade, before we hosted Sidie’s Gala where awards and medals were awarded to our most loyal troops and staff.
Thank you all for attending, we love you all. Here’s to 6 more years of PIC! VIVA PIC!

This medal is bestowed unto loyal and hard-working members Confederates for valiant and honorable services to the Confederation during dire times of need, often doing so unprompted or without direct order from their Commander(s)-in-Chief. To receive the Medal, the leader(s) must bestow it upon the recipient.

Villa! For receiving our Medal of the Sickle!
The Medal of the Sickle is awarded to distinguished officers and soldiers of the People’s Imperial Confederation. Their services to the Confederation and their accomplishments are to be recorded. They are awarded this medal for their loyalty and extensive contribution.

Every brave PIC soldier at the Valentina War or the War of Bullying Children! For receiving our Medal of Vitality!
The Medal of Vitality is bequeathed to members of the People’s Imperial Confederation who have contributed significantly to a major achievement or milestone. Though the milestones may vary in scale, the efforts of these individuals should be held in high esteem. Medals of Vitality can only be awarded by the First Secretary, Chairperson or President of Congress.
Congratulations to our brave soldiers!

And last, but most certainly not least, congratulations to Armenzia for receiving PIC Legend! As well as Ellie and Rae for receiving promotions! You three have done more for this army than any of us can describe, we are all so proud of you, and hope to see you all prosper further under the banner of PIC.
