HELLO CONFEDERATION! Commander-in-Chief 54x, reporting in here. I have some excellent news that I thought was worthy of an announcement post. On November 30th, 2024, our great army was slotted against CPA’s newest army (technically), the Fire Vikings, in a battle to qualify for one of CPA’s most intense and well-known tournaments, Christmas Chaos. I am so pleased to report to you all that the People’s Imperial Confederation won a resounding victory against our foe, or should I say PICtory.

Christmas Chaos XIV comes at a rather interesting time for this army. We are a month or so in from coming off of a long hiatus and are still rebuilding, and continue to do so. Of course, qualifying for this tournament would be this new leadership group’s first challenge to tackle so soon after coming off of the hiatus. Our opponent, the Fire Vikings (technically an illegal revive of an existing army from a while ago, but I digress), exploded out of the blue. They had quite a bit of momentum still being in their what I like to call “honeymoon period,” where there is a lot of hype surrounding a new army. I’m never one to under estimate an opponent so it was clear PIC was going to have their work cut out for us. We were going to have to fight tooth and nail to qualify. And that we did.

I’m very proud to announce that we managed to max a relatively stable 12 during this fight, outnumbering our opponent, FV. We maintained this size throughout most of the battle and were always outnumbering FV, on top of them in every room. Thanks to some of our newly recruit troops and quick leadership, we were able to dominate the Fire Vikings the entire battle.

Our tactics and forms were outstanding, which was amazing considering the new troops to CPA we had participating. I am so proud of them for contributing to the victory and being fast on their feet, staying awake, performing tactics, and getting into forms. This is the life blood of our army and they proved useful in this battle. I’m very glad we were able to hand out some promotions to our lower ranks after this.

The results would speak for themselves:

PIC achieved a glorious victory, obliterating the competition after a half an hour of brutal fighting. We won all three rooms to sweep the Fire Vikings, an excellent way to enter CC with a bang. While the haters doubted us and said PIC was finished or FV had the momentum, we silenced them and made a statement with this massive sweep and win. As one of your Commander-in-Chiefs, I am so incredibly proud of this group and what we achieved that day.

But, our work is not over- we are not finished by any means. This coming Saturday, December 7th, we face our toughest opponent yet- our ally, the Army of Club Penguin.

Obviously, the ACP is going to prove to be a challenge. We are the clear underdogs here, being a small/medium army going up against a well-established and powerful major army. But, I don’t think we should let that deter us, my dear Confederates. It is not size alone that wins battles. A tactical victory is achievable if we work together and are on top of forms and tactics. While we may be battling a massive major army with a large veteran base, we can show up and put up an honorable fight.

You may think it’s hopeless for PIC to even show up and do battle with ACP, but our leadership team disagrees. We are going to show up, give it our best, and fight with honor. Win or lose, we should be proud we are even getting this opportunity. We earned it by banding together and crushing FV. So, let’s take that momentum and show our allies we aren’t a force to be reckoned with. We can do this PIC! For the people!

I hope you’ve enjoyed this little announcement/status update post. I thought it necessary to make a special address regarding our qualification for CCXIV and our victory over FV. But I also wanted to make it to display our power and encourage you all to be prepared for ACP this coming Saturday. We’re in CCXIV and we’re not going to go down easily. We’re in it to win it.
