thank you

Wow. I joined Club Penguin over 5,000 days ago and spent almost 4,000 of those in this subsection of a dead game. Funnily enough, I think my first Club Penguin account, Schol Dude, is older than some of the people competing in armies nowadays. That’s a scary thing for me to think about. But I don’t regret a second of my time here. I made so many friends, created so many memories and, laugh all you want, found love here. What a journey, but I’ve finally reached my destination.

Most people who have been in armies as long as I have have enlisted in multiple armies throughout their time. I’m no different. From SWAT to Dark Warriors, to Fire Warriors and finally, the People’s Imperial Confederation, I’ve done so much and learned so much. I’ve learned about who I am as a person, how to grow and mature, and the kind of people I call my friends.

I joined my first army, Ice Warriors, in 2013. I was very quickly troop stolen to SWAT, and while I’ve always held respect for IW, I’m glad I was stolen. I wouldn’t change a thing about my story. I owe a lot of my success and growth to SWAT. From my time as a member rank, to the many months I spent leading that army, it was all worth it. I love those guys, even if we don’t see eye-to-eye now.

But to me, SWAT isn’t where I best performed. Despite maxing 100 and 60-70 consistently, it wasn’t as fun as being in Fire Warriors or the People’s Imperial Confederation. I fucking love this army. Funnily enough, I didn’t even want to lead for this long. When I was advising, sometime after the removal of Ferd I wanted to step up and try to help us grow a bit in his absence. I only wanted to lead temporarily. But instead, I had so much fun that I stayed and accidentally won two tournaments and competed in several wars. Admittedly, even now, 24 hours to my retirement, I don’t want to go. Unfortunately, as an adult I just don’t have the time anymore. That makes me sad.

I am truly grateful to everyone I met in Club Penguin armies. But it wouldn’t feel right to leave without saying a special goodbye to the following people.

Cassie

Thank you for believing in me when I couldn’t believe in myself. For the past three years, you have truly been my rock. I owe you everything that I am and I can’t wait to see where the future takes us. Eesti forever!

Sidie9

Thank you for giving me a chance to lead this army. I always admired you in the original era and to lead an army throughout two tournaments with you has been such an incredible experience.

Shallissa

Thank you for being an incredible friend, colleague and mentor. You’re an incredible leader and so kind, and truly an inspiration to those around you. It has been an honour to serve with you and best of luck with your future endeavours.

Alucard

Thank you for being you. You’re a great guy and an even better friend. I’ve had a blast leading with you and you’ve always kept me on track. I’ve learned a lot from you, even though you suck at Terraria.

Saber

The only normal person I remember from SWAT. You were done dirty there, and I’m SO THANKFUL you joined PIC I loved working with you when you were a HCOM but I’ve enjoyed even more seeing you excel in leadership. So glad we got to lead together in the end and you’re so funny. Thanks for everything bestie. event x

Elaina

Elaina is a primary reason that I was able to be so motivated heading into PIC. She was my third-in-command in POM and was so hardworking and helped a LOT in running things over there. On top of that, she’s an incredible friend and someone I’ll cherish forever. Thanks Melon for everything.

The PIC High Command, Staff & Congress

Caitlin, Kurumi, DeeP, Jojo, Spin, Armenzia, Cabin, Kyra, Rowan, Aydoon, Lizzie, Maya – thank you for giving me a chance to not only serve as a Congress member, but as a leader. I hope I’ve done you proud.

Fire Warriors

AustinFraud, Ugly, Haley, Simmonds2000, Ot_ter, Real, Pandor, Pran, and to so many more – thank you for letting me lead alongside you, or lead you into battle. We truly rocked the S/M world for so long. It’s criminal none of us got S/M legend, but I know for many of you there is still so much time.

Special Weapons & Tactics

S Cargo2, Ganger90, Zuke, Legoman, Ggogle, Taco, Badboy – thank you for giving me a chance to lead SWAT. Obviously the history there has been rocky at best, but I still feel I accomplished so much with SWAT, so thank you.

Army of Club Penguin

Thank you for being incredible allies. When we needed you, you were there. You guys are funny as fuck too. Love you all.

Winged Hussars

Thank you for being an amazing ally just like the ACP. To think we went from bashing eachother’s skulls in to great friends, what a journey. Love you guys.
