POM Likes to Lose it Lose it

Following seven successful battles against the Penguins of Madagascar, the People’s Imperial Confederation hereby declares itself the unanimous victor of the April Ambush.

Our Confederation entered a state of war against our POM rivals on the 27th of March, hoping to prove ourselves on the battlefield. With no personal vendetta or grudges against POM, we were hoping for a friendly competitive conflict, as achieved with our Winged Hussars allies at the beginning of this year. However, before any battles had been fought between our armies, POM creator Logical spread hate speech and transphobia against our First Secretary Sidie9.

Despite this, we did not attempt to “cancel” POM. At this point, we had every right to end the war due to a clear violation of war terms, however, we sought to continue the conflict. We gave POM the respect of having a conversation rather than prematurely ending the war, and we moved on from there. Since then, the People’s Imperial Confederation has been victorious in both USA and AUSIA timezones, winning every single battle of this war. POM has yet to win a single room, only managing to tie room two in the first USA battle of the war.

With the war score continuing to rise in PIC’s favor, we see little reason to continue this conflict. Following our AUSIA invasion earlier this evening, we offered POM leadership a very fair treaty, however their leadership has stalled the process, opting to wait until further battles have concluded. We, however, feel there is little point in continuing this any further, as the April Ambush is clearly a PIC victory.

With the ever-present toxicity of POM and their DCP enlistees, as well as the steep war score we have accumulated, The People’s Imperial Confederation has declared themselves the victors of the April Ambush.

We urge the Penguins of Madagascar to sign this treaty, as if left unsigned then any options for peace in the future will be very limited. We consider the treaty to be more than fair, given the war score and the circumstances you’ve created throughout this conflict.

Update: As of 12:50PM EST on the 6th of April, 2023, POM has signed the April Agreement.
