This year, our Confederation has made it a mission to defeat active Small/Medium armies. Our campaign began with the Winged Hussars, who attended against us during the Christmas Crusade. Most recently, PIC fought against the Penguins of Madagascar, who we defeated unanimously. We have conquered every one of our Small/Medium opponents this year. While those wars were declared in good spirits, our next conflict has a deep history

For far too long the People’s Imperial Confederation has withstood insults and slander at the hands of the Special Weapons and Tactics. While we were hoping to wait until later next month to initiate a war against our SWAT enemies, we can no longer let their behavior go unaddressed. Especially in light of recent events that have unfolded with the infamous SWAT troop Klutzy, PIC can no longer keep silent.

I own up to the fact that PIC thinks SWAT is a complete joke, and our words and attitude when SWAT comes up in conversation accurately reflect that perspective. If at any point SWAT chose to declare war on PIC for that, I would find it entirely justifiable. However, unlike SWAT, PIC doesn’t live in a state of delusion. We are very well aware that we are equipped to face SWAT in a war. Our two tournament wins against them, a 3-0 score in a recent practice battle, and placing higher than SWAT in 14/15 Top Tens this year prove this.

I hope this slideshow of this year’s Top Tens so far clears up some confusion for Ganger and Krill. SWAT has only managed to rank one place above us, on one occasion this year. This was last week when PIC held a single event, where we maxed more than SWAT and 3-0’d them in our practice battle. But they can have that small victory we don’t mind.

At the end of the day PIC doesn’t aimlessly spew bullshit about how we are capable of beating an army that has consistently performed better than us. However, SWAT feels bold enough to talk about his PIC war plans in SWAT’s general chat, thinking PIC won’t do anything in retaliation.

All of us in PIC have tried to bite our tongues, given that Krill is seemingly a child. However, his delusions are being fueled by Ganger, who has clung onto SWAT’s 2012 relevancy, truly convinced SWAT is still living out the glory days. This is on Ganger, not Krill. This ends now. If after all this time and all of PIC’s success this year Ganger still thinks he can beat us, then game on.

Defense of Klutzy

The moment Klutzy began roleplaying as a child and saying slurs should have been the moment he was permanently banned from SWAT. I don’t blame any of this on Krill or FWAPO, as to my understanding they are children. While it was my initial reaction to question Krill as to why Klutzy was allowed in SWAT, that was wrong of me, and ultimately Krill should not be held accountable. In situations such as these, when someone is bringing questionable behaviors into an army, it is up to a responsible adult, or an army’s guardian, to step in and ensure the safety of the army’s young members. Ganger’s failure to address Klutzy’s inappropriate behavior BEFORE it escalated to pedophilia is absolutely unacceptable and he has failed SWAT. If he had addressed the behaviour early on and dealt with him accordingly this wouldn’t have happened. Instead, he let 25+ Klutzy year old call him Dada for months, and let him remain in the SWAT server despite the multiple scandals Klutzy created. Additionally, leaving minors to deal with the heavy issue Klutzy created is by far one of the most irresponsible things I have ever witnessed in armies. He should have stepped in and he should have stepped in sooner, and there is absolutely no excuse for his lack of action.

While one can argue Klutzy’s actions towards minors in SWAT may not have been something Ganger could have predicted, it absolutely could have been prevented by stepping in to permanently ban him months ago. Instead, Klutzy was given opportunities to get closer to children in SWAT, much due to the Nitro he would buy for many of SWAT’s young members. Ganger still hasn’t made any announcement about this and has left SWAT leadership and underage members of SWAT’s HICOM to handle the issue. Not only is this irresponsible, but it is also inappropriate for children to be handling such a sensitive issue.

Ideally, all minors would leave SWAT, since they clearly do not have a safe space to have fun and interact. We have no control over that though, so at the very least I urge all armies to make sure Klutzy and his alts remain permanently exiled from the community, so your armies are as safe as possible. I have a list of some known Klutzy alts if anyone would like the user IDs for each one. I find SWAT’s behavior over this past year deplorable, however, ultimately I believe Ganger’s constant enabling is the reason to blame. In the right environment, and under the right guidance, I have no doubt that Krill and FWAPO can grow to be talented leaders. Their passion and innovation are qualities that should be recognized and worked with. However in SWAT’s current condition, under the guidance of Ganger, they are unfortunately destined to fail.

War Terms: 

1. Allies are allowed. (Only because Sidie wants to attend, PIC likely won’t be bringing anyone else)
2. All war battles must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance with the CPA league and CPA Judges. Failure to do so will result in the invalidation of the scheduling.
3. No doxxing, ddosing, botting, multilogging, or cheating in any form.
4. No army is allowed to merge into PIC or SWAT until the conclusion of the war, following this declaration. Merges will be deemed invalid.
5. Should members of said merged army decide to participate in their new army, the battle will result in the unconditional surrender of the aggressor.
6. The losing army in this conflict must accept the terms of a force treaty imposed by the winning force.
7. A withdrawal from this conflict for any reason and in any shape or form (e.g. withdrawing from the server map, withdrawing from the CPA league, shutting your army down, failing to attend 3 battles in a row, etc.) will constitute a forfeit of the war.
8. Any attempt to exploit loopholes will result in an automatic defeat.
10. Evidence of any of these war terms being breached will result in an instant defeat of the opposing side in this war, along with the surrender of their full nation, at the jurisdiction of the Club Penguin Armies administration.
9. All other CPA league map, and CPA: Battleground rules apply for this war.
11. This war and terms apply to the CPA map once it is released.
