Hello Confederates!
Recently, a newly established army, the Witches of Club Penguin, were declared on by an older army known as the Phantom Republic of Club Penguin. The Witches were strong-armed by PRCP into a merger, following a declaration of war upon the day-old army.

This comes soon after another forced merger by PRCP, where Thunder Troops were forced to shut down and their HICOM were brought into PRCP. PIC will not stand for the bullying of new armies and new members trying to start up. Because of their terrorism on small children, PIC will respond by terrorizing MORE small children (PRCP). With all this said, here are the war terms.

THE WAR TERMS ARE AS FOLLOWS:
1. This war is mapless, meaning it will go on until either side gets to 6-rounded up to 7 wins first; this will decide the winner.
2. 3 consecutive no-shows by either army will result in a forfeit.
3. Visitors, Dual Enlists, and Allies are NOT allowed in this war.
4. All war battles must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance with the CPA league and CPA Judges. Failure to do so will result in the invalidation of the scheduling.
5. No doxxing, ddosing, botting, multilogging, or cheating in any form.
6. No army is allowed to merge into either side until the conclusion of the war, following this declaration. Merges will be deemed invalid.
7. The losing army in this conflict must accept the terms of a treaty imposed by the winning force, unless there is no clear winner (by agreement of all parties).
8. Any evidence of any of these war terms being breached will result in an instant defeat of the opposing side in this war. This cannot be invoked unilaterally, however, and is up to the CPA league administration.
9. No army can declare/invade on either party until the conclusion of this war.
10. All other CPA league map and CPA: Battleground rules apply for this war. Moreover, all battles must be judged by CPAJ judges.
11. No army can declare on/invade PIC or PRCP for the duration of this conflict.
12. No loopholes.
