What Happened?

When Creator Sidie9 was still involved in the People’s Imperial Confederation, she made recruiting alts for several of the leaders and staff members to encourage them to recruit. These alt accounts were registered under email addresses only she had access to. On March 5th, 2024, she gave one of these accounts to Alucard. The account details for Vamp.jpeg also known as Kyuketsuki have remained pinned in their direct messages since she gave it to him.

On the 18th of January, Xing was once again asking me to recruit for Templars.

If you know you know

I asked Sidie for a recruiting alt so she logged into a few of the old ones used for PIC to make sure they were suitable to use. We both were shocked to find out that Vamp.jpeg was still being used by Alucard as his actual alt account. The account was in fact used to recruit for PIC, however, it was also used as a placeholder account to keep Alu’s group chats full.

We began to skim through the contents in the group chats, and looked through conversations that had taken place in direct messages. Our initial findings were concerning to say the least, as we will discuss in this post. Sidie and I both decided it would be best to change the account password to prevent further misconduct taking place.

Proof of Account Ownership

As stated earlier, Sidie was the only person who had access to the Proton email address the alt account was registered under. If Alucard wanted the account password reset, he would have had to ask Sidie for access to the email. This never happened, which proves the account password was never changed. Sidie was able to log onto the account with the same password and email address she set in March of 2024.

To confirm that the email and password had not been reset, I accessed the Proton email to verify. This once again proves that Sidie owned the email address and the account itself. In the screenshot you will see the two password changes that Sidie and I did, along with the password reset request on Tuesday (January 20th) that likely came from Alucard.

I want to again clarify that Sidie did not log on Vamp.jpeg with the intention of finding what she found, she was simply trying to prepare a recruiting alt for me. This was an unfortunate coincidence that prompted a full PIC investigation.

Catfishing

When skimming through the account, it quickly became clear that Alucard had been catfishing other Discord users through an alt account. Posing as a creator of adult content, Alucard used explicit images and videos of unknown women in an attempt to receive Nitro from these users. In some instances, invitations to the PIC server were also sent to these same users. The first known incident occurred in March 2025 and continued through October 2025, involving five separate users. It is unclear at this time whether this activity took place using any additional alt accounts.

I am unsure whether the woman depicted in the photos and videos is the same individual or if multiple women are associated with this explicit content. What is clear, however, is that nowhere in the Discord conversations did Alucard verify that the users he was speaking with were adults. I also searched the recruiting servers Alucard used to determine whether there were any discussions regarding age verification, but found none. While I would hope that all individuals Alucard interacted with were adults, I was unable to locate any evidence indicating that ages had been verified.

This section of the post is notable because, once again, Alucard carried out all of this behavior through a recruiting alt created specifically for PIC. Considering that the catfishing occurred alongside regular recruiting for PIC, this conduct compromised PIC’s safety and integrity to the highest degree. Even if Alucard had done this using an account not affiliated with PIC, the behavior would still be incredibly questionable and inappropriate. However, given that the alt account was present within the PIC server, attended PIC events (more on this later), and engaged in sexual discussions with users who were sent PIC server invites, I was beyond concerned when I came across this information.

Attempted Catfishing

In this interaction Alucard attempts to exchange photos with a female user while posing as an Only Fans model. Though the purpose of this remains unclear, it is evident that Alucard has used photos of Only Fan model(s) to solicit Nitro. The intent behind requesting photos from this user is grounds for question and concern.

Vice City Stories

This section will be referencing my established timeline in this post.

November Unrest

Vice City Stories was created on the 26th of November after I confronted the Hcum Leaders (Scars, Villa, and Alu) about my findings and concerns from the PIC high command group chat. As seen in the following messages, they were concerned that Miffy and Ellie may be trying to coup them. At this point, all three leaders were aware that the full contents of the “hcum” group chat were in my possession. As this was a PIC group chat where the future of PIC was discussed, it is 100% my business as First Secretary.

As the conversation continued, the group chat members discussed their shared disdain for Miffy and Ellie. The Hcum Leaders consistently reiterated that Ellie’s export of the high command group chat was their main reason for disliking and losing trust in the Miffy-Ellie duo. Notably, members of this chat have since publicly condemned the Miffy-Ellie duo for being “neo-Nazis”, though the PIC leaders had full access to the messages this claim is based on for months and participated in similar inappropriate discussions. At the time of PIC’s internal dispute, genuine grievances regarding racist remarks or behavior exhibited by the Miffy-Ellie duo were not mentioned whatsoever within the Vice City Stories group. Additionally, comments made by the duo were not raised by leaders to Sidie9 or Shallissa during their investigation of misconduct in the high command group chat, which only serves to illustrate that allegations of Miffy and Ellie’s “neo-Nazism” were likely hastily pieced together in a desperate attempt to divert blame from themselves. I am not saying this to suggest that Miffy and Ellie’s actions were defendable in any way, I am only pointing out the blatant hypocrisy displayed by the individuals involved.

As admitted in Vice City Stories by Alu and Villa themselves, the leadership was completely capable of removing the duo if they desired. Instead of firing them, the leaders instead planned to go on a leave of absence, while placing Ellie and Miffy in charge of the Confederation in retaliation. In other words, the Hcum Leaders intended to leave these alleged neo-Nazis with the responsibility of managing PIC so that they could fail or struggle without guidance. Assuming the Hcum Leaders genuinely believed that the duo were neo-Nazis, planning to give them the highest position of power in the army demonstrates nothing but incompetence and negligence at bare minimum.

The group chat records indicate that the alternative possibility, being that Miffy and Ellie were branded by the leaders as neo-Nazis in an attempt to deflect blame and negative public perception, is more likely to be reality. If this is true, the Hcum Leaders can only be described as hypocritical and morally bankrupt, acting in direct opposition to the principles and values the People’s Imperial Confederation was based upon. Despite claiming to usher in an era of prosperity for the army, these leaders demonstrated that the critics who denounced the new PIC to be a pariah army were correct all along.

Inappropriate Conduct

Much like the conduct discussed in previous posts, the behavior within Vice City Stories was unacceptable. The continued use of slurs, along with references to rape, made it evident that there had been no self-reflection, remorse, or understanding of fault. Considering that Vice City Stories was created while PIC was still open and included several PIC HCOM members, the standards of conduct within this chat should have been much higher.

Use of Slurs & Racism

The following screenshots do not account for every instance of racial slur usage. In total, the N-word was used in 45 messages, while the “hard R” was used 20 times over a two-month period. Again, all these messages happened after I had already confronted the PIC leadership about this conduct.

In addition to the word “rape” being used during casual discussion, allegations of rape and domestic violence were discussed and joked about.

Doubling Down on Behaviors

In PIC’s shutdown posts, I discussed Villa’s bullying of Znation along with the discussions of sensitive allegations against another person. I was saddened to see that the Alucard, Villa, and Scars trio had doubled down on their behaviors, defending their actions in private. While Alucard did say to not “double down” on the domestic violence allegations within their post, it is clear that was to save face publicly. He did not tell anyone to stop with the various rape jokes and comments. When discussing Villa’s bullying of Znation, the screenshots also show Alucard admitting to lying about Villa’s age to minimize backlash. It is evident that they see nothing wrong with their behaviors, or the events that led to PIC’s shutdown.

Doxxing Threats

Within the group chat Scars also threatened to doxx me. There is evidence to suggest that Scars has seen recent photos of me, which makes this threat very real and possible. Scars has never had access to any of my socials so I’m not sure how he could have seen photos of me from my current hot girl era. Also, I guess we are body shaming now? I’ve never used Ozempic (or anything like it) but I guess I’m too skinny to beat the allegations. This is the best finding from my investigation, thank you Scars very cool.

Defacement Threats

Aside from criminal activity, one of the worst acts one can do within the army community is website and Discord defacement. I was disappointed and devastated to see plans within a group chat to deface both the PIC website and the Discord server. I feel very fortunate that I removed all permissions from Alucard, Villa, and Scars when I announced PIC’s shutdown. Not only is defacement destructive to communities, they compromise an army’s history and memories shared by its members. This was something I was not surprised to see from Scars and Villa, however Alucard’s involvement really stung.

Despite the rumors, I am indeed smart enough to know that bots have permissions! I knew about both bots and removed the permissions when I shut PIC down. Sorry to ruin your fun besties. What’s done is done and I will not be convinced that any of these threats were a joke. Had I not removed permissions, I believe wholeheartedly that the PIC server and website would have been defaced by Alucard, Villa, and Scars

Additionally, Sidie and I noticed that we had been banned from PIC’s staff server. For context, I created and owned the PIC staff server from 2023 until late 2024. When I was away improving my mental health, I transferred the server to Alucard to make things easier for the leadership. Despite me returning to Discord and PIC shutting down, the server was never returned to me.

Though this loss isn’t the most shattering occurrence, we recently heard from Alucard that he had transformed the PIC staff server into one for his new army Teutons. As Alucard, Villa, and Scars are PIC Legends, destroying a portion of our history for the benefit of another army is treasonous. Templates of Discord servers can be saved and used to create new servers, so the complete destruction of the staff server was unnecessary. Sidie and I view this decision as one intended to hurt us, especially due to Alucard’s decision to flaunt this within the Club Penguin Armies main chat.

Multilogging and Ban Evading

It had been long-suspected that Alucard was evading his CPA Battleground ban by logging onto the game with other accounts. This was confirmed to me by a message from Alucard in October of 2025.  In the absence of an account name, there was little I could do that that point.

Though this was suspected since his initial ban in early 2025, ban evasion could not be proven until Alucard privately informed Sidie that Sweater had provided his account information following his retirement in October. Evidently uncomfortable, Sidie was unsure of how to proceed knowing that Sweaters’ account would likely be used by Alu to attend the October Horrors tournament.

Evidence of Ban Evasion

This portion of my investigation sent me down a giant rabbit hole, and the findings are still being investigated by myself and CPA authorities. The Vamp.jpeg account is in an army recruiting server, where various recruiting alts are stored and categorized based on who owns them. I discovered that one of Alucard’s Discord alt accounts had a CPA: Battleground accounts tied to it. Alucard had joined the PIC server on this alt account posing as a troop and attended PIC events.

Sweater’s Account

I am unsure of the exact date Sweater sent his CPAB login details to Alucard. However, screenshots released to me by Sweater revealed that Alucard had access to his account as early as the 4th of October 2025. Alucard has claimed that Sweater sent his login into the leaders group chat. However, I’ve seen no proof and Sweater does not remember doing this.

Additionally, Sweater left the PIC Discord server on the 24th of October 2025 until he rejoined briefly on the 12th of December 2025. Sweater’s presence at any PIC event after he left the server would have been improbable.

Astrxl.1zzy

The lost.mxrys.angel account belongs to Alucard and was present within the PIC server. The alt had sent messages of their CPAB name into PIC’s event attendance channel, which confirms their participation in CPAB events. By checking the CPAB server, I confirmed that Villa submitted the account username for activation.

The Connection

Imagine my surprise as I’m looking through PIC’s event photos and spot both Sweater and Astrxl.1zzy present at the October Horrors battle versus Dark Warriors on October 28th, 2025 (after Sweater left the PIC Discord). I don’t care for anymore excuses or lies, it is obvious what happened.

Alucard went through the effort of successfully multilogging (and not getting caught until now) only for PIC to lose to Dark Warriors anyways. Massive L.

More Multilogging Findings

This portion is all I can reveal for now. More accounts and further instances of ban evading and multilogging continue to be uncovered through the efforts of myself, Sidie9, Pandora, and CPA Administrators Edu14463 and Jojo Teri. What can be said at this time, is that the potential scale of this multilogging in recent memory is unprecedented. If this is proven to be true, this will not go uncovered and unpunished by any of us involved.

In 2020, PIC experienced a multilogging scandal during the first Challengers Cup. PIC Advisor Earthing multilogged several penguins during the finals behind the backs of the leadership. This controversy was one of the lowest points in PIC’s history and greatly transformed the reputation of our Confederation. Witnessing Alucard risking all our army has worked towards for an extra penguin or two online (based on preliminary findings) is appalling. These actions do not represent the values both Sidie and I have led PIC by, values we did our best to instil into Alucard as a colleague and friend.

Congressional Statement

Sidie and I have spoken amongst ourselves and to trusted friends about how to best handle these findings. As PIC is now closed, there is little we can do to emphasize the seriousness of Alucard, Scars, and Villa’s actions. Sidie and I both expected more of them as PIC leaders and Legends. The title of PIC Legend is the highest honor we can grant to our members and veterans. Each of PIC’s Legends has impacted our army for the better and represents the best of the Confederation.

In February of 2025, Alucard as former First Secretary revoked all titles that had been given to Legoman during his time in PIC.

In accordance with Leadership and a lengthy discussion with my fellow Chairpeople, by the authority and power vested in me, as the First Secretary of the People’s Imperial Confederation, I hereby announce the revocation of all military honours, titles, and commendations previously bestowed upon Legoman.

Effective immediately, Lego will no longer be recognized as a member of our Hall of Fame, all medals associated with their previous standing are hereby rescinded.

This decision has not been made lightly, but after extensive review of his actions and conduct, it has become clear that they no longer align with the core values, principles, and honour that the People’s Imperial Confederation holds sacred.

Though Alucard may not have realized this at the time, this decision set a precedent that would be applied to all PIC Legends moving forward, including himself. Following the events that led to PIC’s shutdown, we had hoped that there would be evidence of genuine growth and change from the Alucard, Scars, and Villa trio. It’s clear now that this did not happen, only a continuation and an increase in the behavior that led to PIC’s shutdown. Through my extensive investigation into their conduct as PIC leaders, it is evident that they do not align with the core values, principles, and honors that the People’s Imperial Confederation holds sacred.

With the support of Creator Sidie9, as First Secretary I officially revoke the Legend status and all military honors previously bestowed to Alucard, Villa, and Scars. Additionally, the Hall of Fame position of Comrade held by Doopus and STV will no longer be recognized by the Confederation. Each of them is now banned from the PIC Discord server.

In our eyes, the integrity of PIC’s leadership and staff is what defines a successful generation. We refuse to allow PIC’s sizes or victories determine the prosperity of our Confederation, as these were surface level achievements throughout Generation Five. What good is any victory when the majority of the army’s leadership lacks morals and decency. The arrogance we witnessed from the former PIC leaders within their group chat is ultimately what sealed their fate. Their attitude represents the exact opposite of what it means to be PIC Legend.

Given Alucard’s complete misunderstanding of PIC’s history and identity, it is no surprise that he treated the army like a personal playground for himself and his friends. This is a disappointing conclusion to his PIC journey.

Remarks from the First Secretary

Though I encourage growth and promote values such as kindness and forgiveness, the actions of the aforementioned individuals are too severe to ignore. I can’t speak for Sidie, but this hasn’t been an easy situation for me to navigate. I returned to armies to help improve the relationship between armies and Club Penguin players, so witnessing this horrendous behavior has been really disheartening. Though stripping the Legend of Scars and Villa doesn’t really phase me, I am shattered that this is how Alucard’s PIC story will end. Alu has been one of my dearest friends for so long, and he is intertwined with so many of my favorite PIC memories. I’m sad that things have ended up this way and I’m angry that his decisions forced me into this position. I expected so much more of him, as both a PIC leader and a friend.

I’ve been in armies for a long time and this community has brought out the worst in me on several occasions. In my personal life my mental health is a roller coaster, and things online affect me immensely. I know firsthand how this game and the drama that comes with it can turn you into someone you don’t recognize. Time away and self reflection is what helps me ground myself, so I hope Alucard, Scars, and Villa choose to take time away for their own wellbeing. I don’t think any of them are horrible people, and I know in my heart that each of them has the potential to grow and learn from this if they allow themselves to.

I’m sad that the entirety of PIC has suffered due to the actions of three leaders. To those who worked hard during Generation Five, I see you and I am truly sorry. These series of scandals do not define the work and love you put into the People’s Imperial Confederation throughout 2025. So many of you deserved better and all I can say is I care for each of you and I will not let your efforts be forever overshadowed by these past two months. PIC is For the People, and without our amazing members and staff none of our achievements would have ever been possible. I hope to see another Generation of PIC one day in the future, that possibility is never off the table.

There is more to come once the multilogging investigation has concluded. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
