Winging It

Throughout the Club Penguin Private Server era, the People’s Imperial Confederation has readily established itself as a small/medium powerhouse. Though our influence remains prominent despite our size classification, our army eagerly awaits any opportunity to show strength. Despite an extensive resume of achievements held by several key members of our Confederation, there are still those out there who doubt our capabilities. This changes today.

It is on this day of January 21st, 2024 that the People’s Imperial Confederation hereby declares war upon the Winged Hussars, initiating the Wojna Prestiżowa (The Prestige War)

Our reasons for war are simple, the Winged Hussars attended against us during the Christmas Crusade. Confederation Congress and leadership are well aware of the controversies surrounding WH, and while this plays a factor in our declaration, this war would have happened either way. We don’t want this war to be about drama though. Conflict between small/medium armies was sparse throughout 2023, and PIC does not want this energy to carry into 2024. Let this war mark the beginning of an exceptionally active year for the small/medium army community.

Terms

In the absence of a server map, defining an end state to the conflict is necessary. Each participating army is to discuss and set a war goal to decide the war’s victor.
This war is a one-on-one conflict between the People’s Imperial Confederation and the Winged Hussars. The usage of allies, dual-enlists, or members of other armies are not allowed to attend for either side throughout this war. To further clarify, outside involvement of any kind is not allowed in this war. This means visitors and veterans from other armies cannot attend for either side.
All war battles must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance with the CPA league and CPA Judges. Failure to do so will result in the invalidation of the scheduling.
No doxxing, ddosing, botting, multilogging, or cheating in any form.
No army is allowed to merge into PIC or WH until the conclusion of the war, following this declaration. Merges will be deemed invalid.
Should members of said merged army decide to participate in their new army, the battle will result in the unconditional surrender of the aggressor.
The losing army in this conflict must accept the terms of a treaty imposed by the winning force.
A withdrawal from this conflict for any reason and in any shape or form (e.g. withdrawing from the server map, withdrawing from the CPA league, shutting your army down, etc.) will constitute a forfeit of the war.
If either side fails to attend more than three battles at any point throughout the war, it shall be viewed as a withdrawal from the conflict, constituting a forfeit of the war.
Any attempt to exploit loopholes will result in an automatic defeat.
Evidence of any of these war terms being breached will result in an instant defeat of the opposing side in this war, at the jurisdiction of the Club Penguin Armies administration.
All other CPA league map rules apply for this war.
This war is between PIC and WH, no other army may declare war on either side for the duration of this war.
