Madagascar: Escape 2 Last Place

Our Confederation is beyond proud of our recent rise to Major army status earlier this month. Though our community has flourished through the use of Club Penguin Journey, we want to continue honing our abilities on the battlefield. As of now, our sizes on CPA: Battleground are much on par with Small/Medium armies, so we feel a war against the Penguins of Madagascar is justified and fair. PIC has been considered an S/M army for the majority of its lifespan, and while maintaining Major army status is a great goal, we would much rather pursue strength on the Battleground, as that is more beneficial to us than any size classification.

Though our influence is felt extensively throughout the community, and our sizes are growing, we have much to learn in leading a larger army. Our goal in this war is to bring much-needed life to the community, which hasn’t witnessed a war since our Wojna Prestiżowa against the Winged Hussars. Additionally, we hope to expand our sizes on CPA: Battleground. Though there is no bad blood between our armies, it is clear that both PIC and POM will benefit from a direct one-on-one conflict, with no external interference.

The People’s Imperial Confederation hereby declares war on the Penguins of Madagascar, initiating the April Ambush.

War Terms:

1. In the absence of a server map, defining an end state to the conflict is necessary. Each participating army is to discuss and set a war goal to decide the war’s victor.
2. This war is a one-on-one conflict between the People’s Imperial Confederation and the Penguins of Madagascar. The usage of allies, dual-enlists, or members of other armies are not allowed to attend for either side throughout this war. To further clarify, outside involvement of any kind is not allowed in this war. This means visitors and veterans from other armies cannot attend for either side.
3. All war battles must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance with the CPA league and CPA Judges. Failure to do so will result in the invalidation of the scheduling.
4. No doxxing, ddosing, botting, multilogging, or cheating in any form.
5. No army is allowed to merge into PIC or POM until the conclusion of the war, following this declaration. Merges will be deemed invalid.
6. Should members of said merged army decide to participate in their new army, the battle will result in the unconditional surrender of the aggressor.
7. The losing army in this conflict must accept the terms of a treaty imposed by the winning force.
8. A withdrawal from this conflict for any reason and in any shape or form (e.g. withdrawing from the server map, withdrawing from the CPA league, shutting your army down, failing to attend 3 battles in a row, etc.) will constitute a forfeit of the war.
9. If either side fails to attend more than three battles at any point throughout the war, it shall be viewed as a withdrawal from the conflict, constituting a forfeit of the war.
10. Any attempt to exploit loopholes will result in an automatic defeat.
11. Evidence of any of these war terms being breached will result in an instant defeat of the opposing side in this war, at the jurisdiction of the Club Penguin Armies administration.
12. All other CPA league map, and CPA: Battleground rules apply for this war.
13. This war is between PIC and POM, no other army may declare war on either side for the duration of this war.
14. Due to the religious significance of Easter for members of Christian religious denominations, no battles are to take place from Good Friday (29th of March, 2024) to Easter Sunday (31st of March, 2024).
