Hello comrades and readers,
I did not intend on writing another post on this website for a long time, if at all. My life with Shallissa has been better than I could have ever imagined, thank you for asking. Though it pained me to be away from my friends in the army community, we determined it would be best for our well-being to distance ourselves (especially at our age). Unfortunately, recent happenings made it clear to me that making a public statement is now an inevitability.
After the departure of Sha and I, which led to an abrupt end for the Personal Union of the People’s Imperial Confederation and the Templars, I left authority over the army’s governance to the pre-existing Congress of Soviets. Congress has always served as a body to oversee the actions of the Commanders-in-Chief, with varying degrees of success since 2019. Considering the Congress of the time consisted mostly of active individuals that I trusted, I felt comfortable allowing them to manage the future of the army. In my stead I gave Alucard the responsibility of serving as the army’s First Secretary, to serve as the senior guardian for both Congress and PIC itself.
I can say without hesitation, looking back at what has occurred since I left, that I am proud of much of the work accomplished by the leaders and members of this great community. Alu has undoubtedly done his best to keep things together in times of prosperity and hardship, and I’m grateful for the effort of many to ensure that the army didn’t shut down. However, it has become clear to me that the army has not been able to maintain the level of accountability and values that Allissa and I did our best to uphold. For full disclosure, I have only infrequently checked Discord since I retired, and at different points I had been informed by members of the community of a few matters of concern. Though certain things I had heard were questionable, I remained firm in my belief that the PIC would be able to manage these matters without my presence.
It seems as though I was wrong in that belief. I don’t blame any single individual for this, and I urge no one to point fingers at those they may believe have led the army to this point. In fact, the only blame I can reasonably place is on myself, as I regret not adequately preparing the heirs to the Confederation with the skills and appropriate procedures for self-governance and accountability. Though I needed to leave armies when I did, I should have stayed to at least to some extent as a guiding presence. For this I apologise to all of you, especially to Alu, Saber, Jojo, Sweater and Caitlin, the individuals I left a momentous task to without preparation.
The final incident that led to the writing of this post was the removal of PIC leader 54x, as well as subsequent events in relation to the matter. Although 54 was a competent Commander in his own right, and I still maintain my respect for his significant effort and hard work within PIC since the Scars merge, it is clear to me that he should not have been allowed to return to the army’s leadership. I have heard various accounts of 54’s actions from different sources. What can be confirmed is that he sent incredibly sensitive and inappropriate material of a minor over Discord, an act that could be considered illegal. While I do not have any reason to believe that 54x acted maliciously or sent this material with the knowledge that the individual involved was a minor, this is a situation that should disqualify any individual from holding a position of authority within any army. After learning that he was reinstated as Commander today without my knowledge, it became apparent to me that the People’s Imperial Confederation cannot continue in this state. On behalf of PIC I apologise to the individual affected by 54’s actions, whether intentional or not, and I am sorry to all of you that he was allowed to return to his position. As the owner of the PIC Discord server, I am personally making the decision to keep 54x banned from the army for the foreseeable future.
As the creator of the People’s Imperial Confederation, I am hereby enacting a pause to all events and army operations indefinitely. This brings an end to PIC’s Fourth Generation, lasting from the 4th of February, 2023 to the 21st of April, 2025. Towards the end of May, the next time I will be most available, I will host a meeting amongst PIC legends and veterans to discuss what the future of this community should be.
To everyone who has contributed to this amazing army thus far, thank you for the time and the immense effort you have put into making PIC a community to be remembered and cherished. To those responsible for the Army of Club Penguin, I know that I have personal grievances with my past treatment, but you have served as an incredible friend to the People’s Imperial Confederation for many years and I thank you. I understand the choice to dissolve the alliance with PIC given current circumstances, but I hope that your memory of PIC remains positive as a righteous army that stood by you no matter the storm. To the rest of the community, I bid you farewell on the Confederation’s behalf.

BREAKING NEWS: PIC WINS WAR VS SWAT

Greetings Confederates. Commander-in-Chief 54x here reporting in. I come to you with great news on behalf of PIC leadership. As of yesterday, February 18th, 2025, I hereby both declare and recognize the great People’s Imperial Confederation as the victors of Operation: Laughing to the Bank versus the evil Special Weapons and Tactics.
SWAT has shown us that they are weak and pathetic. While PIC continuously showed out in numbers in something as pointless as a mapless war, SWAT showed their cowardice by refusing to attend the events. Let us not forget the multiple times early in the war where SWAT leadership, if you can even call that dysfunctional mess a real leadership team, announced to the server to log on only to quickly back track it once they knew they couldn’t win against our forces. Five or so no-shows later and here we are, PICtorious in war. Let us soak in this victory but do not dwindle, for we have big plans ahead.
I am proud of the efforts of our troops and staff to come to each event as well as the occasional ally, particularly from the great Army of Club Penguin. It is the efforts of our wonderful nation and its supporters that made this and many other victories possible. On behalf of the PIC leadership group, well done. You showed SWAT that we, unlike them, will never back down from a fight. Patriots of Beanie, the motherland, both present and past, salute you.

In other news, expect a massive announcement coming soon regarding our great nation and empire. A deal is being finalized with PIC ally, ACP, that Commander-in-Chief 54x calls, quote, “the biggest deal in history, probably ever, and believe me, I know big deals.” These comments are in regards to a pending land deal between the People’s Imperial Confederation and the Army of Club Penguin that will see an undisclosed amount of land transferred to PIC’s empire.
This is rather exciting as with the ACP having defeated the Doritos in their war, they came into possession of land stolen from PIC by the orange devil. It is likely that historical servers are going to be returned to the Confederation’s rightful ownership. More details to come, so stay tuned Confederates!

The Pirate Purge Campaign

The People’s Imperial Confederation hereby declares war on the Dark Pirates of Club Penguin for literally NO REASON! We hope they’re ready for what’s to come as we purge the seas of their filth and let the Confederation own all once more! DPC has not wronged us, but in our journey of conquest, they seem to be the most optimal opponent, as they grow each day. This is not with the goal of starting a feud, but rather a fun war to help both armies practice and grow. We wish the Pirates a fun and competitive war
WAR TERMS
1. This war is mapless, meaning it will go on until both sides reach an agreement of a winner or either side forfeits.
2. Visitors, Dual Enlists, and Allies are allowed in this war.
3. All war battles must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance with the CPA league and CPA Judges. Failure to do so will result in the invalidation of the scheduling.
4. No doxxing, ddosing, botting, multilogging, or cheating in any form.
5. No army is allowed to merge into the either side until the conclusion of the war, following this declaration. Merges will be deemed invalid.
6. The losing army in this conflict must accept the terms of a treaty imposed by the winning force, unless there is no clear winner (by agreement of all parties).
7. Any evidence of any of these war terms being breached will result in an instant defeat of the opposing side in this war. This cannot be invoked unilaterally, however, and is up to the CPA league administration.
8. No army can declare/invade on either party until the conclusion of this war.
9. All other CPA league map, and CPA: Battleground rules apply for this war. Moreover, all battles must be judged by CPAJ judges.
10. No army can declare on/invade PIC or DPC for the duration of this conflict.
11. No loopholes.

PICtory!: PIC triumphs over FV, qualifies for CCXIV

HELLO CONFEDERATION! Commander-in-Chief 54x, reporting in here. I have some excellent news that I thought was worthy of an announcement post. On November 30th, 2024, our great army was slotted against CPA’s newest army (technically), the Fire Vikings, in a battle to qualify for one of CPA’s most intense and well-known tournaments, Christmas Chaos. I am so pleased to report to you all that the People’s Imperial Confederation won a resounding victory against our foe, or should I say PICtory.
Christmas Chaos XIV comes at a rather interesting time for this army. We are a month or so in from coming off of a long hiatus and are still rebuilding, and continue to do so. Of course, qualifying for this tournament would be this new leadership group’s first challenge to tackle so soon after coming off of the hiatus. Our opponent, the Fire Vikings (technically an illegal revive of an existing army from a while ago, but I digress), exploded out of the blue. They had quite a bit of momentum still being in their what I like to call “honeymoon period,” where there is a lot of hype surrounding a new army. I’m never one to under estimate an opponent so it was clear PIC was going to have their work cut out for us. We were going to have to fight tooth and nail to qualify. And that we did.
I’m very proud to announce that we managed to max a relatively stable 12 during this fight, outnumbering our opponent, FV. We maintained this size throughout most of the battle and were always outnumbering FV, on top of them in every room. Thanks to some of our newly recruit troops and quick leadership, we were able to dominate the Fire Vikings the entire battle.
Our tactics and forms were outstanding, which was amazing considering the new troops to CPA we had participating. I am so proud of them for contributing to the victory and being fast on their feet, staying awake, performing tactics, and getting into forms. This is the life blood of our army and they proved useful in this battle. I’m very glad we were able to hand out some promotions to our lower ranks after this.
The results would speak for themselves:
PIC achieved a glorious victory, obliterating the competition after a half an hour of brutal fighting. We won all three rooms to sweep the Fire Vikings, an excellent way to enter CC with a bang. While the haters doubted us and said PIC was finished or FV had the momentum, we silenced them and made a statement with this massive sweep and win. As one of your Commander-in-Chiefs, I am so incredibly proud of this group and what we achieved that day.
But, our work is not over- we are not finished by any means. This coming Saturday, December 7th, we face our toughest opponent yet- our ally, the Army of Club Penguin.

Obviously, the ACP is going to prove to be a challenge. We are the clear underdogs here, being a small/medium army going up against a well-established and powerful major army. But, I don’t think we should let that deter us, my dear Confederates. It is not size alone that wins battles. A tactical victory is achievable if we work together and are on top of forms and tactics. While we may be battling a massive major army with a large veteran base, we can show up and put up an honorable fight.
You may think it’s hopeless for PIC to even show up and do battle with ACP, but our leadership team disagrees. We are going to show up, give it our best, and fight with honor. Win or lose, we should be proud we are even getting this opportunity. We earned it by banding together and crushing FV. So, let’s take that momentum and show our allies we aren’t a force to be reckoned with. We can do this PIC! For the people!
I hope you’ve enjoyed this little announcement/status update post. I thought it necessary to make a special address regarding our qualification for CCXIV and our victory over FV. But I also wanted to make it to display our power and encourage you all to be prepared for ACP this coming Saturday. We’re in CCXIV and we’re not going to go down easily. We’re in it to win it. 54x’s Address to the Nation

Good morning, good afternoon, or good evening to wherever you may be on this fine day. As many of you may know, it has been a few days since I have had the great honor of being inducted as the People’s Imperial Confederation’s 41st Commander-in-Chief on November 2nd, 2024. I have been so pleased with our performance since our recent comeback. A 20 max on our comeback event and a successful 16 max during our latest US event. While I have already addressed the nation before in the announcements channel of our server, I wanted to take the opportunity to formally address the Confederates here on the PIC site. I want to tell you who I am, why I am here, and my plans, aspirations, and hopes for this army. PIC is one of the greatest fighting forces the Small/Medium Army scene has ever seen, and I intend to help it reach its previous heights alongside my fellow co-leaders. But, many of you may be unfamiliar with me as I am coming from a place other than the PIC. I ask that you lend me some of your time and read this post. I want the Confederates to know who I am and why I am here. I want our great Confederates to know that there are big plans we have and massive things to come. PIC will once again reach its potential. So dear Confederates, I, 54x, your proud 41st Commander-in-Chief, would like to formally address our great nation.
