Greetings PIC members and the army community,

Though Generation 3 of the People’s Imperial Confederation was historic and full of many triumphs, many mistakes were made and not properly addressed. While each army has its fair share of faults and offenses, accountability is necessary for the best outcome. At the dawn of Generation 4, Sidie and I promised our Confederation and the Club Penguin Army community full transparency for our wrongdoings. We vowed to not make the same mistakes as before and to be open and honest regarding any misconduct that may take place within our army. Today we are here to uphold that promise.

Earlier today, an allied leader reached out to our commanders with incriminating screenshots involving prominent members of PIC. These damning screenshots were sent by a member of Dark Vikings. Initially believing these screenshots were faked, we reached out to several of the members involved looking for some context. The screenshots were from a newly formed group chat featuring Langly, Tide, Hitthere, and Hrijo along with a few members from DV. After a conversation with Langly, we learned that the worst of the screenshots were indeed real.

The following screenshots contain very mature themes:

Names of victims are covered in white. Slurs and swearing are covered in red. These screenshots are not the extent of the harassment, as confirmed from further images sent to the PIC leadership.

What’s Next?

Langly, Tide, Hitthere, and Hrijo will face consequences for their actions. PIC has never and will never condone any type of bullying, hate speech, threats of violence, etc. A high rank doesn’t provide protection from wrongdoings; both Langly (1ic) and Tide (2ic) are adults and hold positions of power within our army.

• Langly will be stepping down as leader and retiring from PIC effective immediately, due to her participation and enabling in the group chat.
• Tide will be removed from his rank of 2ic effective immediately and has been un-enlisted from PIC due to his participation and enabling in the group chat.
• Hitthere has been stripped of their rank and banned from PIC effective immediately.
• Due to their honesty and full transparency, along with minimal participation in the group chat, Hrijo will face a demotion effective immediately.

By The Way:

I would like to make it clear that neither myself, Sidie, Ferd, Alu, nor Hidcre knew about any of this until a few hours ago. There is a lot I can say but more than anything, I hope this serves as a reminder to PIC members that this behavior is unacceptable and will not be tolerated. The PIC leadership as a whole would like to formally apologize to each DV troop who was targeted and harassed. PIC is not the type of army to treat others this way, regardless of our history with Dark Vikings. You have our sincerest apologies.

To Dark Vikings:

Our actions do not excuse yours, and vice versa. For months you have been spewing hate speech toward us, harassing Sidie for being transgender, bullying us, and calling us names. This in no way justifies the recent harassment towards you. However, demanding accountability from us while your army has behaved beyond despicably is hypocritical and unacceptable. PIC will always take the high road and do what’s right, but pointing fingers at us and demanding we take action is not your place.

While we are thankful this was brought to our attention sooner rather than later, the fact this wasn’t sent to us directly leads us to believe you wanted to weaponize these wrongdoings rather than truly seek justice. Instead of informing us, you went to an allied leader in an attempt to damage our relations. We find this just as deplorable as what was seen in the screenshots. We will always encourage open dialogue between PIC and DV leadership concerning bullying. With that said, it’s a two-way street. Maybe it is time to take a good long look at yourselves and the mistakes you’ve made before denouncing other armies. While many things were revealed regarding the actions of PIC members today, worse can also be said about DV.

PIC still plans to attend our Legends Cup battle against the Elite Guardians and give it our all. Today is a small speed bump on our road to greatness and we are thankful to each and every member of PIC who works with leadership to uphold our core values of friendship and solidarity. Though we can’t change the past, we strive to maintain accountability.

Greetings Confederation! I like men, but I love you all more!

Today, we logged on to Battleground-Town for a uniquely timed EU battle!!! We battled our beloved allies, the Dark Pirates and also um Clown Rebellion (later Janitors) which was interesting. And I am proud to say, no lies, we soloed every one of them!!! Throughout the 3 rooms, PIC did phenomenally well, good job to everyone who came and helped us dominate!#PICREIGNS

Hey Everyone!

Our Battle of the Bands week has been a huge hit so far! Today we channeled our Pink Floyd energy and competed against the Dark Pirates in a practice battle! We were definitely on our A game today and performed exceptionally. As we competed against our allies we took note of their interesting tactics, particularly their stance towards blind people and rainbow colors. Regardless, the event was so much fun and we have some new funny inside jokes! Thank you Dark Pirates for a super fun and memorable battle.

The iconic Shallissa Memes channel has remained dormant for a long time, with many PIC members and allies mourning its loss. I can’t say I blame them, with Shallissa Memes being an incredible source of PIC entertainment and propaganda

On the first of July, the historic channel was revived, with Shallissa Memes making a full comeback.

Planning to share her favorite memes with the entirety of the PIC community, Shallissa has been hard at work providing the Confederates with entertainment.

Cleansing her channel of disgusting mistakes, Shallissa vowes to restore Shallissa Memes to it’s former glory.

To celebrate the return of Shallissa Memes, I (Shallissa) decided to reach out to the creator of Shallissa Memes (Shallissa) to ask for her thoughts on the channel’s revival.

Shallissa: Shallissa Memes is such an amazing channel with so many creative and hilarious memes! How do you feel about the channel’s comeback?

Shallissa: I don’t have time for this interview I have to reinstall all of my Sims 4 custom content.

Greetings PIC!

Following the success of Rainbow Rampage 2, the People’s Imperial Confederation will be hosting a second themed week. In the Battle of the Bands, events will be themed around chosen artists or musical groups. For example, Commander Hidcre may choose to hold a Nicki Minaj event sometime this week.

The first event for the Battle of the Bands will be a My Chemical Romance event hosted by myself on Tuesday at 9AM EST.

Hello PICguins!

We met at the town on Club Penguin Army Battleground for a relaxing pyjama party hosted by Commander Shallissa! Wearing our cosy outfits, we took the time to wind down after a month of intense wars. A total of 14 members logged on for our chaotic antics! Though we were a bit disorganised, we definitely had a considerable amount of fun. Afterwards, we hopped onto Roblox to experience the amazing “Ride Into Nicki Minaj’s Mouth” game, as well as Hide and Seek Extreme. Thank you to everyone who attended!

Greetings Confederates and fellow readers,

The 11th of June, 2023 marks the conclusion of the Confederation’s participation in World War IX. Our army logged onto Club Penguin Army Battleground for the Second Grand Defence of Beanie, the first of which took place in 2020 against the Recon Federation. 28 members of the Sapphire Concordat rose to the occasion, facing off against a Blue Sunset Alliance that doubled our size. Each one of you fought valiantly despite this and I could not have asked for better troops to lead during the battle. Though our efforts were magnificent, victory could not be achieved. The Water Vikings managed to seize control of our capital in fair combat. We may have lost but we fought as though there was a hundred of us, our backs against the wall. With the battle over, the People’s Imperial Confederation is no longer a belligerent in the war.

This moment is bittersweet to me. The end of our participation is an emotional one, but I could not have shared that with a better group of individuals. I won’t forget the chanting after the battle, all of you have made this something to remember. Sapphires truly are forever.

To our Blue Sunset foes across the isle, I congratulate you on your victory. Though the Confederation entered the map solely for this war, I commend your victory and your tenacity in battle. I still hope for the Sapphire Concordat to bring the fight back to you, but you do deserve respect indeed. I cannot apologise for the tactics used regarding Ice Warriors during our war. Conflicts usually feature trash-talk and I view the mentions of IW to be no different. PIC will also not apologise for the attempt to invade the Templars as we viewed it to be a legitimate tactic to turn fortunes in our favour. Furthermore, our “escalation” of the conflict was simply to come to an old ally’s aid in an unfair fight. Regardless, I give you my sincerest congratulations.

I leave you all with the following words and a heavy heart; the Confederation lives on and this war has only served to revitalise our spirit. We have fought in two back-to-back wars for over a month. The fact that many of you maintained your resolve throughout the conflicts is testament to our continuous camaraderie and kinship. I thank you all. Let us continue to fight For the People, always.
