Confed Week Recap! #6 (28/01/24 – 3/02/24)

Welcome back to a brand new edition of the Confed Week Recap, your favourite inconsistent column in which we cover the recent happenings of our army! The final week of January almost exclusively featured battles for Wojna Prestiżowa (The Prestige War), with a brief intermission for some iconic Gartic Phone action. Without any allies to assist us at events throughout the week, our highest maximum size was 12 troops at our Battle Plan Walter invasion against the Winged Hussars! Ruffled Feathers – Declaration of Victory

Greetings Friends and fellow Confederates.

Saturday, the third of February, marks the conclusion of the Wojna Prestiżowa, also known as the Prestige War.

Yesterday, despite a war score of 7-9 in favor of the Winged Hussars, our opposers completely surrendered to the Confederation. Though they were two points higher than PIC, WH acknowledged PIC’s endurance and strength during AUSIA timezones and recognized that the score would soon change to favor PIC.

I want to emphasize that the Winged Hussars are not our enemy. Throughout the entirety of the war, their leadership and staff team displayed nothing but kindness to PIC. I can wholeheartedly say that through this war, the People’s Imperial Confederation has gained a friend. Though only time will tell where our armies end up next, the Winged Hussars deserve much praise and recognition for their skill and performance throughout the conflict. The Small/Medium army community needs more armies like PIC and WH to ensure activity and prosperity in our size classification. PIC spearheaded our community throughout all of 2023, and going into 2024 it is nice to finally have a friendly competition.

To every member of PIC who participated during this war, thank you so much. Between maxing 10+ penguins during almost every AUSIA invasion, to bringing home a second trophy during the New Year Bonanza, and showing immense creativity and skill throughout every battle, every member of PIC made our success possible. Our army hasn’t experienced a one-on-one S/M war since 2021, and emerging from this conflict victorious and with new friends is more than we could have ever asked for.

Members of the CPA community, whether they are friends or foes, will be forced to take the People’s Imperial Confederation seriously this year. For far too long there have been individuals who doubt our capabilities, people who have done everything in their power to discredit our achievements, and as your Chairwoman and Commander-in-Chief, I will do everything in my power to give PIC the praise and recognition it deserves.

Our story is not done yet, and our Prestige will continue throughout the S/M community as we rightfully claim our spot as the best Small/Medium army of the CPPS era. Though there will be challenges along the way, with the amazing team and community we have created, anything is possible.

Thank you so much to the Winged Hussars for such a fun and friendly war. Though there were heated exchanges on the battlefield, we have developed immense respect for your leadership and your army. Thank you again to the CPAJ organization for all of their time and effort in making all 16 battles fun and successful. I’m so excited to hear that 5-6 new judges were promoted into the organization through our war. And a special thank you again to every member of PIC who participated in this conflict. Make sure you join us for our medal ceremony coming up next week!

Until Next Time!

A Holiday Message and Reflection

Today is the 25th of December, which means I would like to wish a very merry Christmas to all of those who celebrate! Christmas is important to many individuals across the world, serving as a time to celebrate family, friends, gift-giving, religion and so much more. Whether you are spending the next few days with loved ones or by yourself, the leadership of the People’s Imperial Confederation leadership wishes you a joyful holiday season!

With the year of 2023 coming to an end, an opportunity to reflect on months past arises. Though activity within the Confederation has slowed, we cannot forget the amazing year we will be leaving behind. 2021 may have been a highlight of our history for many, but 2023 has undoubtedly been our most successful year yet.

In the first of our many achievements, PIC organised the largest small/medium alliance in years to wipe the Dark Vikings from the Club Penguin army community. With the Vikings excommunicated for their behaviour and continuously struggling to regain relevance, the effects of the Sapphire Concordat’s Bloodbath Barrage are felt to this day. Swiftly retrofitting the Concordat into a war machine to defend our close ally, the Army of Club Penguin, PIC spearheaded efforts against the Blue Sunset Alliance in World War IX, the largest war of recent memory. Having personally led a majority of battles in the war, our influence was so great that we became the biggest target of our enemy. Though we struggled consistently on the battlefield, the persistence of us and our allies forced the BSA to accept peace terms that rendered all of their victories forfeit.

The second half of 2023 has been equally bountiful. Claiming our first trophy ever, we upset the infamous Special Weapons and Tactics at Beach Brawl III in an incredible battle to remember. The fall-out and controversy surrounding their defeat led to a depression SWAT is yet to recover from, with leaving one of the oldest surviving armies in shambles. Celebrating our fourth anniversary in October with a list of accomplishments so extensive it’d be fair to expect a quiet remainder of the year. Despite this, the Confederation is again in the forefront of one of the largest conflicts of the year. Declaring war on the Elite Guardians alongside our allies, PIC is currently demonstrating its continued capacity to surprise and influence the community around us. After such an extensive year to supplement our existing achievements it is safe to say we are one of, if not the greatest small/medium armies in Club Penguin army history.

I’d like to personally thank all of those who have made this year possible for us. Shallissa has continued her drive for success since 2021, establishing herself as one of the most significant small/medium army figures of the Club Penguin private server era. Alucard has embarked on a path of redemption this year, becoming a key personality within our culture and an experienced leader responsible for many of our successes. Though joining us later in our journey, Sweater’s presence in the Confederation has been felt since our brother alliance with the Fire Warriors. I could not imagine the our army in the present or future without him. Additionally, Cabin0416 will always be cherished for his service to PIC, including his efforts during Beach Brawl III. Though he will always be welcome in our army, I wish him the best of luck as a leader of the Water Vikings. Langly and Hidcre will also be forever held dearly in our hearts, being integral figures at the launch of our fourth generation and beyond.

Lastly, I would like to thank you. Whether you were one of our amazing high command officers, moderators, troops, allies or supporters, our successes could not have materialised without you. We could not have survived so long if it were not for those who believed in the vision of David/Proditor and I. From the bottom of my heart, thank you.

When 2023 began, few could have envisioned the triumphs we’d witness throughout the year. Though it is unclear how 2024 will unfold, I remain optimistic and hopeful for the new year. Both online and offline, I wish you and your family a safe and happy holiday season once more! Until next time!

This is an official statement from the military leadership of the People’s Imperial Confederation

At what point do we, as a community, draw the line? Within Club Penguin armies, ill behaviour is rarely met with appropriate repercussions. Over the past year, the People’s Imperial Confederation has worked to incorporate transparency and accountability as core values. Though all individuals and entities are capable of retribution, repeated patterns of behaviour may suggest a deeper malice.

Excited to forge a new relationship, the Confederation first allied with the Elite Guardians in the early half of 2023. The returning Portuguese-speaking army commanded a significant level of respect as a promising force in our stagnating community. Though the Guardians had received criticism for questionable behaviour in past years, we hoped lessons were learnt from previous transgressions.

Following the beginning of World War IX, our alliance with the Elite Guardians came to an abrupt end. We reiterated our hopes for a preserved alliance with EGCP in our official declaration of war against the Blue Sunset Alliance, citing our “unreserved respect and admiration” for the Guardians. Had we known the full extent of the rot at their core, the Confederation would never have agreed to renew the alliance.

The leadership of the People’s Imperial Confederation has been informed of countless instances of malpractice, perpetrated by the Elite Guardians and its Winged Hussars ally. Screenshots of Discord chats have illuminated the breaching of rules during Christmas Chaos XIII, continued exclusive collaboration with a CPPS, mafia-like behaviour, racism, misogyny and even open Nazism. We endorse the application of appropriate repercussions, including the disqualification of EGCP from the Christmas Chaos XIII tournament as well as the removal of EGCP from the Club Penguin Armies league.

Additionally, we would like to emphasise the duplicitous behaviour of Edu14463. As a presumptive candidate for administrator of the Club Penguin Armies organisation, Edu has sought to publicly distance himself from the Elite Guardians. In spite of consistently claiming the contrary for several months, recent evidence has exposed his continued involvement in EGCP’s operations. Evidently, his persistent lies serve only to prime himself for a future admin position. We hope Mchappy and Disha see through this deception.

When the Elite Guardians sought to recruit one of our commanders to their army, I hoped to give them the benefit of the doubt. It is now evident that EGCP not only lacks respect for its allies, but are also absent of any morality. This cannot continue unaddressed.

It is on this day of December 22nd, 2023 that the People’s Imperial Confederation hereby declares war upon the Elite Guardians of Club Penguin, initiating the Fragile Fedoras War.
