Our Confederation is beyond proud of our recent rise to Major army status earlier this month. Though our community has flourished through the use of Club Penguin Journey, we want to continue honing our abilities on the battlefield. As of now, our sizes on CPA: Battleground are much on par with Small/Medium armies, so we feel a war against the Penguins of Madagascar is justified and fair. PIC has been considered an S/M army for the majority of its lifespan, and while maintaining Major army status is a great goal, we would much rather pursue strength on the Battleground, as that is more beneficial to us than any size classification.

Though our influence is felt extensively throughout the community, and our sizes are growing, we have much to learn in leading a larger army. Our goal in this war is to bring much-needed life to the community, which hasn’t witnessed a war since our Wojna Prestiżowa against the Winged Hussars. Additionally, we hope to expand our sizes on CPA: Battleground.  Though there is no bad blood between our armies, it is clear that both PIC and POM will benefit from a direct one-on-one conflict, with no external interference.

The People’s Imperial Confederation hereby declares war on the Penguins of Madagascar, initiating the April Ambush.
