The Blue Sunset Alliance grows ever weaker. Today we logged onto Club Penguin Army Battleground to siege the server Glacier. The Rebel Penguin Federation managed to defeat us in overtime due to a growing size disadvantage. Despite this, we came closer to victory than ever before. 25 penguins logged on for the PIC offensive, bringing the BSA ever-closer to their knees. Victory in World War IX is on the horizon. Today, we logged onto Club Penguin Battleground for our nonstop battles of World War IX. Today was our Defense of Warsaw against the Water Vikings. Today’s matchup resulted in a loss. We have been on a losing streak in this war so far, but we will turn the tide, it’s just a matter of time before we pull an upset! Our max was 25 penguins, but we will prevail next time. For the people!
Today we logged on for the Confederation’s first battle of World War IX, the Defence of Istanbul. The Sapphire Concordat and PIC performed amazingly, maxing a total of 30 penguins online. Due to the immense difference in size, Water Vikings managed to secure the victory. We managed to be creative and concise with our tactics which I am incredibly proud of. I have been in the Club Penguin army community for almost twelve gruelling years. I have witnessed empires rise and fall, one hegemon replaced by another. The community has faced its fair share of challenges over the past year, including a distinct lack of large-scale warfare. This, however, has changed.
As I woke up today I had learnt of a brand new conflict. The “Blue Sunset Alliance”, comprised of the Rebel Penguin Federation, Water Vikings and Elite Guardians, have waged a collective war against the Army of Club Penguin. In their terms of war, the BSA attempted to prevent the ACP from seeking the assistance of allies. These terms have since been invalidated by the CP Armies administration, but the intentions of Blue Sunset have been duly noted by spectators. They sought the cataclysmic fall of the Army of Club Penguin at the hands of three major armies, with no avenue to for them to recover.
The People’s Imperial Confederation and our Special Weapons and Tactics brother allies have recently formed the Sapphire Concordat, a conglomerate of numerous small/medium armies. We waged war on the Dark Vikings due to their transgressions, yet not once did we endeavour to prevent the Vikings from receiving aid or drawing upon allies. Such behaviour would rightfully have been deemed unfair and unjust by onlookers. The Confederation views the terms set by the BSA to be an affront to warfare itself.
We have always prided ourselves on our opposition to the status quo. The Confederation does not value stagnation. In a community derived from engagement on the battlefield, stagnation is death. Though I have immense respect for the Rebel Penguin Federation, the Black Ice Alliance of 2020 to 2022 poisoned the social fabric. Two armies exerted complete domination despite a malignant aversion to war. The only circumstances that led to conflict were imminent threats to a status quo defined by their presence. It is the view of myself and many others that the Blue Sunset Alliance is a renewed effort to re-establish the previous order. The Ice Warriors and Dark Warriors have been replaced by the Water Vikings and Elite Guardians respectively.
I would like to note that I hold no disdain for any of individual army in the BSA. We recently established an alliance with EGCP, and I do fully hope that the partnership with them can be maintained in some regard despite this. They have my unreserved respect and admiration, but the People’s Imperial Confederation cannot overlook the broader circumstances. The Rebel Penguin Federation have also been our allies in the past, with the PIC assisting them in World War Rewritten. We admire RPF and hope for positive relations in the future.
Calgocubs is not the mad tyrant that the BSA has portrayed them to be. While Shallissa and I have had my grievances with him in the past, his Army of Club Penguin has renewed activity and interest within the army community. In their declarations, some have painted him as a leader with a Napoleon complex. The only reason for this is ACP’s existence as a titan within a post-BIA framework. This grievance has resulted in the formation of another seemingly immovable alliance. This is something we know better than to tolerate.
Consequentially, the Sapphire Concordat welcomes the Army of Club Penguin and Templars as new signatories. The Sapphire Concordat now consists of the following armies:

It is on this day of June 2nd, 2023 that the Sapphire Concordat hereby collectively declares war upon the Blue Sunset Alliance.This declaration officially commences World War IX.
War Terms
I. No army following this declaration can transfer any servers until the conclusion of the war. The only exception to this rule is if an army forfeits the war and transfers all of their servers to the opposing side (e.g. if ACP transfers all of their servers to EGCP/WV/RPF. Refer to rule 8). II. Allies are allowed to attend each battle. III. No troops that dual-enlist in any participating army after this war’s declaration are allowed to attend. IV. All war battles must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance with the Club Penguin Armies league. Failure to do so will result in the invalidation of the scheduling. V. No doxxing, ddosing, botting, multilogging, pizza-bombings, or swattings are allowed in any shape or form. Violation of this term upon Club Penguin Armies administration review will constitute a forfeit of the war. War may not be pretty but gamesmanship like that is not welcomed. VI. No army is allowed to merge following this declaration and will stay in place until the war has concluded. Any merger will be deemed invalid. VII. The losing side in this conflict must accept the terms of a treaty imposed by the winning force unless there is no clear winner (by agreement of all parties). VIII. A withdrawal from this conflict for any reason and in any shape or form (e.g. withdrawing from the server map, withdrawing from the Club Penguin Armies league, locking-down/closing, etc.) will constitute a forfeit of the war. IX. Any attempt to exploit loopholes upon review of the Club Penguin Armies administration will constitute a forfeit of the war. X. Any evidence of any of these war terms being breached will result in an instant defeat of the opposing side in this war. This cannot be invoked unilaterally, however, and is up to the CPA league administration. XI. All battles must be judged by CPAJ’s officiated judges. Judge-in-trainings are permitted to spectate in accordance to CPAJ’s policies. XII. Any other map rules imposed by Club Penguin Armies will apply to this war.

The People’s Imperial Confederation has been fighting against the Dark Vikings alongside the Sapphire Concordat for two weeks now. We have done our best to ensure that the war was fair, despite their absence from the Club Penguin Armies map. PIC has allowed DV to bring allies should they see fit and our tactics remained relatively tame. However, Krosive and his army decided to make use of numerous abhorrent tactics. This was not a sole occurrence as they have done so in a myriad of battles. The latest instance of this is displayed below:
The following terms have been breached by the Dark Vikings:
IV. No doxxing, ddosing, botting, discord server raiding, harassment, multilogging, or cheating of any form. VI. All CPAB rules apply to each battle.
Treaty of the Nordic Negligent Narcissists
The People’s Imperial Confederation, united with the Sovereign Nations of the Sapphire Concordat, declares Total Victory against the Dark Vikings.
Due to violations of war terms IV and VI, the Dark Vikings have forfeited the Bloodbath Barrage. The Sapphire Concordat is hereby declared the victors of the Bloodbath Barrage with a war-score of 12-0-0. This Force Treaty goes into effect on June 2, 2023, at 6 PM EST, and will lapse on July 15, 2023, at 12 PM EST.
This Force Treaty will follow the Dark Vikings regardless of any possible merges, colonizations, name changes, etc.
I. The Dark Vikings must acknowledge that they lost the war with a score of 12-0-0. No formal announcement is necessary. II. Dark Vikings are not allowed to schedule invasions on – or raid – any Signatories present within the Sapphire Concordat, as of the publication of this Force Treaty (SWAT, PIC, POM, NC, DPC). III. Dark Vikings are not allowed to assist any army, (including sending alts) in a battle against any of the Signatories within the Sapphire Concordat, as of the publication of this Force Treaty (SWAT, PIC, POM, NC, DPC). IV. Dark Vikings members are unable to harass any members of the Sapphire Concordat (SWAT, PIC, POM, NC, DPC) whether in league chats or direct messages. Determining what constitutes harassment is at the discretion of CPAJ Head Judges. V. Violations of this Force Treaty will also result in the auto-renewal of these terms for a duration of one month from the day of the violation. All violations of this treaty are to be evaluated by CPAJ Head Judges. VI. The terms of this Force Treaty are open to discussion if Krosive attends an event for any army affiliated with the Sapphire Concordat wearing Item ID 1183 (Clown Hair) while repeatedly chanting “DV IS MID I DONT WORKOUT”

We logged onto Club Penguin Army Battleground for our battle against the Dark Vikings. Amassing 18 troops online, the People’s Imperial Confederation seized victory alongside the Sapphire Concordat. With a war score of 12-0-0, PIC has its dominance thus far. I am proud of every single one of you, despite the win being achieved in overtime. I’d like to give a shout-out to DV’s transphobic tactic, it was really the pinnacle of creativity. Krosive has dug his own grave. Thank you for attending, I love you all.

The Sapphire Concordat has dominated the battlefield, securing 7 victories thus far. Leadership from our alliance has made many attempts to schedule battles with Thunder and Krosive that they could actually show up to. We’ve accommodated their timezone as much as possible, scheduling multiple EU invasions in hopes we could have a fair battle.
In total, Dark Vikings has only shown up to 3 of our battles. In spite of our differences, I want to applaud Thunder and Snowflake (DV leaders) for actually showing up and defending your army.
Throughout this war, Krosive has proven to the community that he is all bark no bite. He challenged our Confederation to a war, which is what started this conflict. He insisted he could beat us, he convinced himself he could destroy our army, but in turn his “creation” is the one crumbling at the hands of our alliance.
This war has been victorious so far, but the fight is not done yet. Krosive threatens us saying when he is back his army will be stronger, and that is a complete insult to Dark Vikings’ current leadership. We have no reason to take his threats seriously when he doesn’t take Dark Vikings seriously.
Despite everything, Krosive has yet to lead and has only shown up to one battle. His army has been defeated 7 times, and where has he been? Oh that’s right, he’s either in the bath or with his binoculars at the gym. He insults his current leadership by stating he could do better, yet he abandons his army in their time of need. He bullies his army, abandons them, and expects to bring DV to greatness upon his return.
His refusal to protect Dark Vikings is a worse defeat than any battle they could lose. It has destroyed DV internally they are crumbling from within. Krosive has proven that he has no faith in his army without his presence in its leadership. How anyone in Dark Vikings has respect for him I will never know.
You think you can do better Krosive? Then do it. Instead of talking about how DV will be greater when you’re back leading, start leading now. Your army has dropped to unrecognizable size, you’ve lost 7 battles and a tournament in a little over a week, but the war is far from over. It only ends when you accept defeat. In the mean time, maybe learn to thank and respect Thunder and Snowflake for doing what you’ve failed time and time again to do, lead Dark Vikings.
Your army may have a successful past, but that’s no longer relevant. Dark Vikings is simply a ghost of what it once was, a total disgrace to Clintos007. An army that spews racism, transphobia, and hatred has no place in this community. There is no coming back from what you’ve done.
On this day we have struck down the enemy, bringing them down to their lowest point. We logged onto the server Warzone to defend our land against the first showing of the Dark Vikings in the Bloodbath Barrage. Displaying a maximum size of 23 penguins online, the Confederation managed to bring the Vikings into overtime despite a size deficit. In the overtime room we blew them out of the water, securing our fourth victory in the war. Krosive is definitely having a crisis, considering he tried to beat us at EU times and failed anyway. I had so much fun and you all did amazingly, I could not be prouder of all of you. Continue to seize victory, For The People!

Today we logged onto CPA Battleground for the second battle and our first invasion of the Bloodbath Barrage War!!! However, guess who decided to not show up again? That’s right! D(o)rk Vikings handed us another free victory this fine day. We had a maximum size of 16 penguins at the battle. That makes the war score [2-0-0] in favor of the Sapphire Concordat alliance.

Today, we logged onto CPAB battleground for our Pizza Party celebration, we reached a max of 6 penguins online. We were originally planned to use New Club Penguin, but by the time it was time for our event, servers were down and the website was barely functional. No worries! We still had a good turnout for our US based event for an AUSIA based army. In more recent news, our allies SWAT, has their first victory in our war against the Bark Vikings. The score is now (1-0-0). Let’s keep up the good work!
