The series will contain posts pertaining to PIC history, interviews, news, and more. Hell, some of the posts will be extremely off-topic from the army! I am extremely happy to present this innovation to you and I cannot wait to start publishing interesting posts for the greatest army in the Club Penguin army community.

Cabin People’s Posts Editor-in-Chief and Founder Premier of the Congress of Soviets
To commemorate our Beach Brawl 3 win, we held a long overdue victory parade, once again proving to be the underdogs and pulling off a victorious 2-1-1 (PIC, SWAT, Tie) win. Our parade started off with simple tactics held at the Town and Cove, then followed by a race starting at the Beach, to the Docks, followed by the town, and so on ending at the Inside Mine, with Sweater getting 1st place, our beloved HICOM DeeP getting 2nd, and Hidcre placing 3rd. Our total max was 12 penguins online.
Once again, we’d like to thank everyone for coming to our Beach Brawl battle, and additionally for taking home the trophy! Until next time.
It has been almost four years since I founded the People’s Imperial Confederation. From the beginning, PIC has been a small/medium army front runner and a mainstay of the broader community.
Winning a major or small/medium competition is an important goal for many leaders, including ours. We reached the grand finals of Challengers Cup 1 and 2, narrowly losing to two exceptional armies. Since then, the Confederation has waited for the day where we could redeem ourselves and finally obtain our own trophy. On Saturday, that dream came reality.

Many considered us underdogs going into Beach Brawl III. Nerves were high and doubts lingered. The energy in our Discord server was electrifying, only surpassed by the moments following the announcement of our triumph. I am so proud of you all. This win belongs to all of us.
In order to recognise the efforts of numerous individuals, a brand new medal will be introduced. This will be known as the Medal of Vitality. The Hall of Fame page will be updated accordingly.
Medal of Vitality
The Medal of Vitality is bequeathed to members of the People’s Imperial Confederation who have contributed significantly to a major achievement or milestone. Though the milestones may vary in scale, the efforts of these individuals should be held in high esteem. Medals of Vitality can only be awarded by the First Secretary, Chairperson or Premier of Congress. Recipients are listed in alphabetical order.

One of the key individuals in our achievement was Cabin0416. An iconic member of the People’s Imperial Confederation since 2021, he has continued to be an important part of the army’s identity. Due largely to assisting us in winning our first trophy, Shallissa and I have agreed to grant him the title of Revolutionary on our Hall of Fame. Additionally, with the position now vacant, Cabin has ascended the the position of Premier of the Congress of Soviets. Following a vote led by Cabin, Rowan Alden will serve as the new President of Congress. Be sure to congratulate them.
We may have achieved a longstanding goal, but work is yet to be done. From now on, our work will be aimed towards finally gaining major army status. With one milestone achieved, our eyes are set on a new horizon. I look forward to pressing onward with you all.
On this day today (8/26/2023), Beach Brawl III is ours. We fought long and we fought hard and brought it home. Myself and the rest of the leadership are proud of what this army has accomplished, let this be the golden age for the People’s Imperial Confederation. Special shoutout to our veterans that pulled through and gave us the hope we needed. I love each and every one of you. For the People.
Last and certainly not least, I’d like to bless this post with the Beach Brawl III trophy rightfully belonging to us. I personally want to give a big shoutout to Sidie, Shallissa, and Cabin. Their phenomenal leading helped us bring this tournament home, and PIC wouldn’t be in the amazing spot it is today without them. Let’s keep up this energy and fly towards new heights.
It’s been a long few months. Leaders have came and gone. We have gone through hardships and we have been through the rough patch of inactivity, but we rise. We rise and call our soldiers in the need of help to win Beach Brawl. Today, we protested on Club Penguin Battleground (no were not serious) and want to give judges a warning to let us bribe them so we can not only crush our competition with ease, but to also give us a free win while we do it.
Regardless, I’m proud to say I’m back on the website and we are fully preparing for our Beach Brawl competition! Good luck to everyone participating.
Today, August 20, 2023, the People’s Imperial Confederation held an extraordinary word tactic training on Warzone, CPA Battleground. Unlike the previous US event, we maxed greater than ten and saw better activity among event attendees. Furthermore, we practiced advanced formations and word tactics to prepare for the upcoming Beach Brawl III tournament battle on Saturday. As I said in my last event post, let’s keep this momentum up!

Today, we held our first US event in a while with an astounding max of 13. I’m very proud of our turnout and this is our first event with our newly merged soldiers over from the Napalm Corps.
Unfortunately, I could only manage to get one picture, but I’m still very proud of what we accomplished today. Let’s keep up the good work!
Today, we logged onto Club Penguin Battleground for our nonstop battles of World War IX. Today was our Defense of Warsaw against the Water Vikings. Today’s matchup resulted in a loss. We have been on a losing streak in this war so far, but we will turn the tide, it’s just a matter of time before we pull an upset! Our max was 25 penguins, but we will prevail next time. For the people!
Today we logged onto CPA Battleground for the second battle and our first invasion of the Bloodbath Barrage War!!! However, guess who decided to not show up again? That’s right! D(o)rk Vikings handed us another free victory this fine day. We had a maximum size of 16 penguins at the battle. That makes the war score [2-0-0] in favor of the Sapphire Concordat alliance.

And folks, don’t worry! This war will not be all boring and lopsided. We have talked to DV leaders regarding which time they will actually show up, so we can legitimately beat them. For now, you can enjoy this image instead:
Today, we logged onto CPAB battleground for our Pizza Party celebration, we reached a max of 6 penguins online. We were originally planned to use New Club Penguin, but by the time it was time for our event, servers were down and the website was barely functional. No worries! We still had a good turnout for our US based event for an AUSIA based army. In more recent news, our allies SWAT, has their first victory in our war against the Bark Vikings. The score is now (1-0-0). Let’s keep up the good work!
