On July 30th, 2021 the Imperial Intelligence Alliance declared a state of total war against the Golden Troops and their proxy, Post Malone Army. After strong tensions due to the abrupt end of PIC’s alliance with Golden Troops, our Confederation sought vengeance on behalf of the treachery demonstrated by the Golden Troops. Our army fought valiantly alongside our beloved allies until we commenced a war of our own against the Golden Troops, assuming a position of war against two armies at once. After over a month of constant war, the People’s Imperial Confederation have been declared the victors of the Fall Apart War against Post Malone Army.
Despite losing tremendously throughout the entirety of the war, and no showing to over half the battles: Post Malone Army spent most of their time attempting to find loopholes to avoid this war and their inevitable defeat. CPAN was forced to create new judging rules due to PMA’s constant rejections of judges to avoid battles, Golden Troops began invading PMA territory believing it would change the outcome of the war. Most recently however, Golden Troops invaded their own proxy’s capital and shut down the army believing it would get them out of a PIC force treaty. The People’s Imperial Confederation however takes pride in each of PMA’s attempts to avoid us, using their failed efforts as proof of our strength and diligence. Ultimately, each of their attempts to avoid defeat backfired with CPAN granting a PIC victory with a war score of 10-1, subjecting Post Malone Army to a force treaty.

The Treaty of the Postal Confederation
Due to the successful invasion of the Post Malone Army’s capital, Eastern Shoreline amidst the raging Fall Apart War, as per Club Penguin Army Network war rules the Post Malone Army is sentenced to a force treaty. We understand PMA is shutdown. We have received clarification and permission from CPAN staff to proceed with this force treaty.
1.) The Post Malone Army must admit PUBLICLY to losing the war (either via website post or announcement)
2.) Any members who had been enlisted in the Post Malone Army from the beginning of this war on July 30, 2021 to its shutdown are not able to invade or assist in invasions of any territories possessed the People’s Imperial Confederation or any of their allies (Templars, Army of Club Penguin, Rebel Penguin Federation, Ice Warriors). If members of the Post Malone Army are seen present within these invasions, it will be considered an automatic victory for the defending army.
3.) Any members who had been enlisted in the Post Malone Army amidst this war since the declaration on July 30, 2021 are not able to defend or assist in defenses of any territories against the People’s Imperial Confederation or any of their allies (Templars, Army of Club Penguin, Rebel Penguin Federation, Ice Warriors). If members of the Post Malone Army are seen present within these invasions, it will be considered an automatic People’s Imperial Confederation victory.
4.) This treaty ends on January 20, 2022
5.) As the victorious army, the People’s Imperial Confederation will determine if any of the above terms are broken, and if actions are deemed to be against the treaty both armies shall resume this state of war against each other.
6.) Any attempts at finding loopholes will not be tolerated. If it is determined that a term has been deliberately avoided the treaty shall be broken as well, refer to the consequences laid out in Clause 5.
7.) Kattle must refrain from whining for the duration of the treaty. The term “whining” shall be interpreted by the People’s Imperial Confederation leadership. If broken Kattle is to submit a sincere public apology.

Despite PIC winning this war fair and square, PMA leadership still seems to think a force treaty is optional and can be ignored.
Our war against the Golden Troops will continue, with The Fall Apart War forever serving as a blatant reminder to Golden Troops of their proxy’s complete and total defeat against the People’s Imperial Confederation. As Golden Troops reside with over 20 servers left on the CPAN map, I hope The Fall Apart War truly demonstrates PMA/GT’s absolute disrespect and disregard for war terms and organization rules. There is no room for arrogance when your army can’t max more than five for an invasion: play by the rules or don’t play at all.
