Hey there penguin! We are the People’s Imperial Confederation! We are a Club Penguin Army established in October of 2019, by Small/Medium Army Legend Sidie9. We are a penguin group dedicated to Club Penguin Private Server meetups, on Club Penguin Journey and CPA: Battleground. Join our Discord for a large community full of Club Penguin guides, mascot tracking, and more!
Today we logged onto Abominable on Club Penguin Rewritten for another fun practice battle with the Ice Warriors! We joined their two divisions, Polar and and Blizzard for some fun (and very laggy) fast paced tactics and formations! With 16 PIC members online, we put up a strong fight against our beloved allies! All of our members did amazing today and we are so incredibly proud! Make sure to keep an eye on our Discord server for upcoming events!
On this extravagant day we logged onto Abominable on CP Rewritten for our first PIC Bubble Ball! We got dressed in our best ocean-themed outfits and hit the Night Club, which was completely submerged in water! With 15 PIC members online, we performed several great tactics before heading to Commander Emma’s gorgeously designed igloo. We danced and bantered, having plenty of laughs along the way. We then voted on who the army believed was the best dressed – the king/queen of the Bubble Ball – and after minutes of anticipation, the winner of the vote was our amazing Kommissar Langly! Thank you to all those who came for this marvelous event, be sure to attend the practice battle with the Ice Warriors tomorrow. Sashay, away.
Today we logged onto Abominable for our AUSIA Operation: Moving Trees event. We equipped our Tree outfits from the Gift Shop and congregated in the Town! With 10 PIC members online, we performed extraordinarily with great and innovative tactics. Thank you to all those who came! Be sure to check out the #events channel in our Discord for the upcoming Bubble Ball, as well as #important-event for our practice battle with the Ice Warriors!
Because I personally love Pokemon so much, I’m going to preface this hopefully-profound recollection and proud moment with a few collectivist-inspired lines otherwise taken directly from Gotta Catch ‘Em All:
And, heck, yeah, after some days of contemplation and preparation, which truly was made possible by the renewed spirit and positive energy given by you all to us and each other, the People’s Imperial Confederation emerged from charred shadows. The once seemingly insurmountable strike from oblivion’s lair finally retreated. Expanding beyond the valley of obscurity upwards to the mountains of fortitude and greatness, we have again pushed forward for a more-wholesome and enjoyable community to be shared by all, here and elsewhere. With appreciation to our beloved comrades and allies everywhere in and around the army network, and intrinsic hearts of happiness, we reopened our our gates on a monumentally-bright note. The PIC, we believe, was meant for resounding glory throughout this cyber-society. The Phoenix of the People is resurgent and soon to be ascendant. Will you join us for the online adventure of a lifetime, counterparts?
We logged onto Ascent today for the first ever Divisional Battle between PIC’s own Toboggan Tigers and Beanie Brown Bears! With all troops in excitement and anticipation, we met at the Docks for some joint tactics. The battle would soon commence in the Stadium, continuing in the Mine Shack Interior. With a max of 20 online, the Bears were led by the amazing General-polkovnik David/Proditor whereas the Tigers had our outstanding Commander Shallissa at the helm. Although the battle was intense and close throughout, the event concluded with David giving the victory to the Tigers! Congratulations to all of those who participated, which means the Tigers are now 1 point up against the Bears in divisional competitions. Keep an eye out for more divisional battles and events in the future, Confeds. Viva Victory!
Today we logged onto Abominable on CP Rewritten for our most recent AUSIA Hide and Seek Event! We congregated in the Plaza while ACP and SWAT troops passed through (as they were holding events on the same server), and after a few tactics we began the hunt! With 11 PIC troops in attendance we had a marvelous time, with clever hiding spots leading to a couple of good laughs. In the end, Commander Shallissa was crowned the best hider, surviving all 3 rounds! Thank you to those who attended. Be sure to attend the upcoming inaugural PIC division battle between the Toboggan Tigers and the Beanie Brown Bears!

After several delays due to server issues and Rockhopper logging onto the friggin’ server, we logged onto Abominable on CP Rewritten for our Practice Battle with our ally, the Ice Warriors. While they split into two groups (Pizza Chefs and Coffee Baristas), we donned our Mining Helmets and marched into battle with 19 PIC members online. We performed excellently despite immense issues with lag and connection loss, and the battle ended in victory for the Pizza faction of the Ice Warriors! Well done, and thank you to those who came. Keep an eye out for more riveting battles in the near future!
We logged onto the beautiful server of Abominable on CP Rewritten today for our Operation: Life Jacket Rescue Event! We donned our orange Life Jackets (safety first) and evacuated to the Beach, beginning our journey throughout the island! With 16 PIC members attending the event, we had a fantastical time with our ocean-themed pun tactics and more. Our practice battle with our Ice Warrior allies is scheduled for tomorrow, so be prepared! Thank you to all those who attended!
We embarked on a deep dive today, logging onto the server Zipline on Club Penguin Rewritten for our AUSIA Scuba Expedition! With elegant tactics we swam through the island, preparing for the inevitability of the Club Penguin island melting due to the approach of global warming. We had a great time with 10 PIC members in attendance! Thank you to those who came, prepare for our Operation: Life Jacket Rescue event tomorrow and our practice battle with the Ice Warriors on the following day!
