Beanie, PIC Capital: PIC leadership declares war on Dark Vikings

Krosive announced he will be declaring war on us at the end of June, to spare him from bringing his laptop into another bubble bath, we decided to beat him to it. Don’t worry, we have saved the community from CPA’s first ChatGPT declaration of war.

The Bloodbath Barrage

The Sapphire Concordat – consisting of the People’s Imperial Confederation alongside their brother allies, Special Weapons and Tactics, hereby declares a state of war on the Dark Vikings.

Our history with the Dark Vikings has been short and hostile. Starting with aggression in a group chat last week, PIC’s relationship with DV quickly became hostile. 

Not long ago, the Confederation faced off against the Vikings for our third battle of AUSIA Arena: Summer Edition. With PIC maxing 11 and the Dark Vikings maxing 18, we had quite a challenge on our hands. However, we fought courageously with two overtime rooms being announced by judges. In the end, PIC was declared victorious against the Dark Vikings. 

Keep in mind that what is about to be detailed in this post is not all that can be written about the Dark Vikings. There is plenty of ammunition to go around. However, to keep everything concise, we have provided several instances of ill behaviour.

Objecting the ruling, Krosive began planning PIC’s downfall in Club Penguin Army Times’ main chat. Harassing many of our leaders, even accusing one of us of pedophilia, his rant became more aggressive in nature. PIC did stoop down to his level and engage in a bit of tomfoolery, however his anger was amusing.  His threats became extreme, threatening to raid our server along with declare war on us towards the end of June. 

In addition to the events that have transpired the past two days, we have other concerns we’d like to address in our declaration. 

Dark Vikings is known for harboring SupremeP0wer, also known as Ether. Ether is a notorious doxxer. “Doxxing” is the collection and spreading of another person’s private information without their consent. Ether has consistently doxxed myself as well as others in the Club Penguin Army community. Krosive has adamantly denied this, despite proof being released on multiple occasions. Ether is a current advisor and legend in Dark Vikings. Repeatedly defending Ether by stating “Supreme is cool”, Krosive shows no concern for Ether’s actions, dismissing them on multiple occasions. 

Krosive has also made many homophobic and transphobic comments towards our leadership and members. Asking personal questions about Sidie9’s transition, he made an active effort to make harassing comments towards Sidie’s gender identity. Additionally, Krosive and Thunder accused Langly of pedophilia, which is absolutely absurd and unacceptable. 

PIC beat them once and we will do it again.

War Terms

I. Allies and Dual enlists are allowed.
II. Any army, other than PIC, SWAT and DV, that join the war on either side, will have to follow the same set of rules.
III. All war battles must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance by sending the battle details in the #battle-judging-requests channel of Club Penguin Army Judges (CPAJ). Failure to do so will invalidate the scheduling. Leaders of the opposing army must be notified in CPAJ.
IV. No doxxing, ddosing, botting, discord server raiding, harassment, multilogging, or cheating of any form.
V. A withdrawal from this conflict for any reason and in any shape or form (e.g., withdrawing from the war, ghosting battles, etc.) will constitute a forfeit of the war.
VI. All CPAB rules apply to each battle.
VII. Only one battle for each timezone can be scheduled per day (EX only one EU invasion can be held per day etc)
VIII. The losing army in this conflict must accept the treaty terms provided by the winning army.

This is an official statement from the Cabinet of the People’s Imperial Confederation Congress of Soviets .

Other armies in this community seem to have a taste for theatrics and loaded language. Unfortunately I do not have a taste for the overly exploited dramatics and instead I will be very blunt with this publication.

The Water Vikings are an army that have always puzzled me. In their most recent war with the Templars, WV transferred all of their servers to the Black Ice Alliance, under the impression that we would declare war on them. It is clear that the Water Vikings have not held the Confederation in high regard this year and have never been interested in diplomacy with us.

They have thrust themselves into a conflict in which they are destined to fail. The Vikings seem to believe war against a major army will somehow salvage their dwindling maxes, relying on veterans and allies to keep up their major army façade. In reality they cannot muster more than fifteen troops to attend their events. The People’s Imperial Confederation is very aware of its small/medium status and owns it with pride. On the other hand, the Water Vikings strut around the community as though they command the same influence they had a year ago, You are a glorified small/medium army living off of the success of your predecessors like a parasite, sucking dry the reserves of veterans and allies that keep you afloat.

The People’s Imperial Confederation have had a vested interest in the Silver Rush since its inception. With our Army of Club Penguin allies involved we had sought to find a way to provide assistance, though we were unsure how we would approach the conflict. Furthermore, we did not appreciate the unjustified declaration of war on the neutral Help Force by the Silver Empire, the former of which being an army that have only ever been kind and understanding at times when we have crossed paths.

We did not actively seek this declaration, but actions including their increased involvement in the war and ongoing/past attitudes towards us have only exacerbated what is to come.

The People’s Imperial Confederation declares war on the Water Vikings of Club Penguin. The Confederation hereby also joins the Vengeance Alliance.

• Server transfers are hereby frozen. Neither army shall send or receive servers from third-party armies until such time that this war may be deemed to be concluded either by treaty or submission.
• The usage of allies is allowed. However, no merges or acquisition of colonies may happen until the war concludes.
• The usage of troops that are dual enlisted is allowed.
• No Doxxing, DDoSing, excessive harassment, multilogging, botting, or any other form of cheating.
• All battles must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance with option of scheduling up to two invasions at the time, and the planner of said invasions must notify the defending army’s leaders.
• All battles will count towards a total war score.
• All battles must be held on the Club Penguin Rewritten Private Server, in the interest of safety purposes.
• Any violation of the terms above will result in an automatic defeat
• The losing army in this conflict must accept the terms of a treaty imposed by the winning side.
• All rules regarding CPAN invasions and defenses apply to this war.
